#MOSCOW, -- "Aviation Complex. SV Ilyushin "completed the repair and modernization of the first mass anti-IL-38N Naval Aviation Navy Russia under a contract providing for the modernization of five serial combat aircraft.

The modernization included installation on new aircraft search and targeting system "Novella-P-38", which significantly expanded the scope of tasks solved by plane and its combat capabilities - is a significant contribution of "IL" in the task of strengthening the defense of our homeland.

In agreement with the command of Naval Aviation, the first batch upgraded aircraft named Petrovich Papkovsky Radia, a prominent designer of OKB Ilyushin, who made a great contribution to the development of IL-38.
