How often do you see expired parking coupons on a car, and wished u would do something about it? Today, I did exactly that. Singaporeans may be a shy lot, but not me! It might not be much at $0.60, but it goes a long way! While on the way to meet @william_awl & @tianzu95 for shoot, I came across a car and i helped him with a spare coupon.
