1.衝遠不放棄到岸邊機會
衝得遠代表掌握轉向回浪重心轉移
2.先把握inside小浪
有基本分數才安心進而有信心
3.別幻想做平常做不到的事
緊張只剩60%功力、穩定最難
4.動作完整才計分
轉彎歪爆、夯十沒退、Lip跌倒都沒分數
5.浪況變化隨時調整
武器寧多不少、注意浪型潮汐海流
6.學習基本禮儀
搶浪分數不計或砍半、上下岸互助
時間到鈴響不起乘、上岸握握手
小跑步不影響裁判台視線等等
