HÃY THỬ TRẢ LỜI CÂU HỎI SPEAKING PART 2 - DESCRIBE YOUR FUTURE JOB NÀO!
>> Download bản PDF ở đây bạn nhé: https://m.me/286585161523028?ref=Describefuturejob
--------------------------------
Describe a job you’d like to do in the future.
You should say:
- what it is
- what you will need to do
- how demanding it is
- why you are interested in this job.
When I read the cue card, the first thing springing to mind was to become an interpreter.
An interpreter is someone who has acquired an oral fluency in another language apart from his mother tongue. His mission is to convert spoken language from one language to another to help people from different countries communicate with one another.
It entails listening to, understanding and memorising content in the source language, then reproducing it in the target language. Sometimes, an interpreter has to cope with stress and take his self-control when dealing with difficult speakers. Not everyone speaks with precision and clarity and of course, accents can be tricky to discern. Interpreters, therefore, need to keep their cool and remain relaxed, even in seemingly tough situations. I think the job would be very technically demanding and challenging, but very exhilarating to do.
The reason I have a particular liking for this job is that I think I have developed essential skills to do it well. I study the English language at university and to be specific, my major is translation and interpreting. Despite the fact that I have yet to be fluent in English, I think I will be in the next few years as I keep practicing the language and improving myself in other fields to broaden my horizons. On top of that, it may give me opportunities to travel or to work in a multi-national company where I will meet new people from all over the world, and learn about their cultures and experiences.

What causes the misunderstanding between the young and the elderly? - It may be due to the generation gap, which means that young people and elders may approach the same matter in different ways. For instance, when it comes to work, while the young tend to pursue a career that they are passionate about, the old are more likely to consider monetary benefits as a major source of motivation at work”
What can young people and old ones learn from each other?”
Ví dụ GK có hỏi mình ở Part 1 “Do you want to move to a new apartment/house in the future – Sure, I plan to relocate to a more capacious apartment where I can have a reading space and dive into my go-to books without being distracted by others”
Hay Part 3 “Do you think that nowadays children show less respect to older people than they did in the past” – From my perspective, I don’t think so. Actually, children in modern society tend to demonstrate the same or higher level of deference towards older people than they did before, which can be presented through honorifics they use or their polite manners. It is due to that fact that the quality of education is growing, which can be directly proportional to the level of respect….”
Thanks all!

https://www.amazon.com/Noise-Human-Judgment-Daniel-Kahneman/dp/0316451401/ref=tmm_hrd_title_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=
"In Noise, Daniel Kahneman, Olivier Sibony, and Cass R. Sunstein show the detrimental effects of noise in many fields, including medicine, law, economic forecasting, forensic science, bail, child protection, strategy, performance reviews, and personnel selection. Wherever there is judgment, there is noise. Yet, most of the time, individuals and organizations alike are unaware of it. They neglect noise. With a few simple remedies, people can reduce both noise and bias, and so make far better decisions."
"Wherever there is judgment, there is noise."
"In my view, by launching an app store of sorts, Zoom can create an ecosystem that is a defensible barrier to competition."
印象中沒錯的話, Crowdstrike(CRWD)也是有這樣的做法.
https://on.wsj.com/2RYe1mE
"Broadly speaking, these conditions reflect what might be regarded as the best of all possible worlds for any business–high demand and limited supply. Even better, new research from Kelley Blue Book suggests that consumers understand the current conditions. They expect to see less selection and higher prices when they shop for a car. Sixty percent of new vehicle buyers say they plan to buy a vehicle despite less selection and higher prices.
It should also be noted that the current highly profitable nature of the car business in the current moment doesn’t largely owe to disciplined management decisions on the part of dealers. Rather, it’s a positive outcome of COVID-19, the chip shortage and a host of other factors that have brought a level of equilibrium to demand and supply that many car business veterans like me have never seen in our careers.
And yet, it seems like many dealers are longing to return to the way things used to be. They would feel better if they had higher numbers of new and used vehicles on the ground. They would prefer to suffer less discomfort and stress from current reconditioning backlogs and the need to convince some customers to order vehicles or purchase the less-desirable vehicle that’s available on your lot."
"From now on, when dealers ask me when the chip shortage might end, and new and used vehicle supplies will return to normal, I’ll respond with a different question: Are you sure that’s what you really want?"

No Good
Amplitude
Frequency
Pops Rock Fusion Jazz R&BにCountry
そんくらいで feel so good!
Chinese Lyrics :
Yes!
Yes!
Yes!!
English Lyrics :
If you’re matching up to an indefinite Hƶ, that’s no good…
So adjust your dial like inputting a password!
Those unseen wavelengths will carry your voice- its sound,
Going on to rewrite those nameless times.
Forming a bridge between our skies- connecting our feelings-
Is a bouncing jingle that has us shining bright!
C’mon, radio! Blasting those cool sounds, erase even that melancholic noise!
Even the frustration from difficult times will float off like a bubble!
So great day: humming a casual tune, apply some make up to those monochrome days!
That sound, reduced to ashes, will be an energy unto tomorrow – yes!
Use the breadth of these vibes to communicate the amplitude!
But if you keep going so far away, the frequency won’t reach…
Those comforting words that shake our eardrums
Begin to run throughout your bodies.
Pops, Rock, Fusion, Jazz, R&B, and Country;
The moment their sounds start flowing, our hearts begin to dance!
Oh, DJ! With your perfectly nice selection, erase someone’s loneliness!
All that stress they’ve saved up will turn to smoke and trail away!
So great day: with a catchy intro, raise the grade of those monochrome days!
It’ll go on to color any scenery it touches – yes!
C’mon, radio! Blasting those cool sounds, erase every noise that gets in the way!
Squeeze the sound right out of any complaint put to words!
Just like that, it feels so good! Finding our own tuning, we’ll get a 1UP!
So clench that fist tightly, so firmly – yes!!
