If u have followed me for a while, u might have noticed I have a thing for Italian 'Cornetti', which is a slightly less Buttery, but towards more brioche-bready direction Italian style Croissant interpretation with just as many layers too, with more eggs taste & sugar. It's more filling & less airy, perfect for breakfast. The Custard crema version tasted almost 'choux' Pastry like too today!
The Italian Pain du Chocolat/Saccottini here uses a Spanish made dark chocolate 🍫, also highly recommended!

Here are more ideas on the ingredients you can use:
• VEGETABLES – Beets, cucumbers, summer squash, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, celery, ginger, corn, avocado, scallions, spinach, arugula, basil, watercress, lettuce.
• FRUITS – Mango, watermelon, peaches, cherries, strawberries, apples, papaya, cantaloupe
• CREAMINESS – Yoghurt, silken tofu, milk or almond / cashew nuts.
• ZEST – Add fresh citrus juice (lemon or lime) or a dash of vinegar for a better, more complex flavour.
• RICHNESS – Add a drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil. Avoid coconut oil, which will harden if cold.
• FULLNESS – Add beans such as black beans, white beans, chickpeas, lentils and more to make it a filling meal.

"Shaved snow is a hybrid between shaved ice and ice cream. By taking a block of ice made with low-fat milk, flavors are infused into the blocks before it is frozen, and then shave it very fine to create a texture similar to fresh fallen snow."

In Hawaii, "shave ice" is similar to snowballs, and is sold in cone-shaped paper cups. "Rainbow," a popular flavor, consists of three colors of syrup chosen usually for their color rather than their taste compatibility. In Perú this dessert is called Raspadilla, which is served in cups along with a spoon and/or a straw. It consists in ground ice which is thick and topped with juices of different flavors that can be combined, regularly the most common flavors are pineapple and strawberry juices but it can also be served with berries juice, passion fruit juice (maracuya), chicha morada (purple corn juice), and in some cases but uncommon it can be topped with condensed milk or yogurt. Kala Khatta is a syrup made from the jambul fruit in India and some other parts of South Asia. It is primarily used as a flavoring for Indian ice lollipops or popsicles, sold as street food. Crushed ice is formed into a lump by hand and mounted on a stick to make the lollipop. Kala khatta syrup and seasonings such as salt and pepper are then poured on the lollipop.

Direcciones:
1. Calienta aceite de cocinar en una olla. Saltear la cebolla picada y el ajo picado hasta que estén tiernos. Agregue la carne molida y saltear hasta que ya no esté rosado.
2. Agregue A y cubrir y hervir a fuego lento (revólver constantemente) por 20 minutos. Sazonar con sal y pimienta.
3. Servir en un plato y rociar el queso rallado y las hojitas de perejil a su gusto.

* 1 consomme cube (or bouillon cube)

Directions:
1. Heat cooking oil in a pot. Saute the minced onion and minced garlic until tender. Add ground beef and saute until no longer pink.
2. Add A, cover, and simmer over low (stir constantly) for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
3. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese and parsley flakes if you like.
