One thing I didn’t really learn until I met @shengyikoh and @believeteammy is —— acknowledging & celebrating wins.
Growing up, I never really felt like I did well, and I certainly didn’t know how to accept compliment. I definitely doubt myself more than anything else, & I thought that’s the way to improve.
Shengyi has to constantly reminds me that I am doing great. He said, “acknowledging yourself, celebrating wins, doesn’t mean you cannot be better. It only means you are on the right path to keep getting better.”
He taught us that by celebrating our wins, every-time. 🥂
