If I had to talk about my ideal house, it would be a beautiful house by the seaside in a peaceful country setting.

I love the idea of having a two-storey house because I think it would be enough for a small family to live cosily. It would have to be painted blue, which is my favourite colour, and the ceiling would be beautifully decorated with star and moon ornaments.

I love natural lights rather than artificial lights so each room would have its own windows. The windows would also be decorated with coloured string lights and various flowers, which would create a cosy atmosphere for my family. I would hang some photos of inspirational quotes on the walls in case I need some motivation. Each bedroom would have a balcony where we can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea.

The perfect location would be by the sea because I love the idea of sitting on the beach and watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Another reason is that the weather in coastal areas is usually nice―not too hot and not too cold. It’s pleasant almost all year round.

I think I would have to save a lot of money if I want to buy a house like this. The price of property has gone up dramatically in recent years, especially in coastal areas, but I think it’s really worth it.

My first day in Vietnam staying in the city of Hoi An, getting massages and driving around illegally.

My aunt and Uncle have been living in Vietnam in a small coastal town called Hoi An for the past year so I finally decided to get on a plane and drop by for a visit. So glad that I did because I fell in love with the town.

This was my first time in Vietnam so I really didn't know what to expect when I came down here. I went straight from KL to Da Nang which is an hour out from Hoi An, so I gratefully avoided the craziness of Ho Chi Mihn. The weather was so lovely and inviting. Colder than Malaysia (but that's only because of the time of the year) which was very pleasant because I often miss the cold.

This is definitely a place in the world I would come back to if I could. :) So sad they won't be living here for much longer because it was such a joy to have been able to visit. Only regret not having come by sooner.

Started the vlog bright and early in the car on the way to the airport after a typically sleepless night prior to travelling. Was feeling pretty sleep deprived but I was so excited to visit my Aunty Susana who has been raving about Hoi An for the longest of time.

Got to the airport. Checked in. Said my farewells. Boarded the plane. Watched everyone scurry about with luggage and seats. Put on my seat belt. Waited for the take off. Took off and then I PASSED OUT.

Woke up after a long nap at my aunty's house and recapped everything I forgot to vlog. Getting back into the hang of vlogging sometimes takes me a few days.

Then it was off to a spa for a Vietnamese massage which was amazing. Practically slept again there on the massage table because I was so exhausted. But I pulled through and made it for dinner at a nearby restaurant.

After that, we decided to risk getting on the bike all together to drive home. It was only a 10 minute commute but still... HIGHLY ILLEGAL. But that makes it all the more fun right.

Got home and tried to watch a movie which was VERY unsuccessful because I fell asleep maybe 20 minutes into the show. Ended the vlog the following day and that is how MY FIRST DAY IN VIETNAM WENT DOWN!
