VHC Grilled Lemongrass Pork Recipe ————————————————————
Ingredients:
3 lbs pork belly (pork shoulder or butt cut)
1 shallot - minced
1 lemongrass stalk - minced
4 garlic cloves - minced
3 red chili peppers - minced
1/2 tbsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup organic honey
**Optional:
1 tbsp annatto oil (for color)

Steps to make the sauce:
1. Combine all minced ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients in the bowl. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
3. Reserve about 1/4 cup of sauce in a separate container. Keep this container in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook the meat.
4. Slice the pork meat into thin slices.
5. Add meat to the sauce bowl. Make sure to massage and coat meat evenly.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
Notes:
1. Before you cook the meat, soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 5 minutes. Add meat to skewers and cook based on instructions provided below.

Cooking instructions:
1. Oven - set oven at 375F and cook for 10-15 minutes. Rotating the meat every 5 minutes and basting the meat with the sauce that was set aside. Increase oven to low broil to give the meat a nice golden brown finish. Keep a close eye on it so the meat doesn’t burn and dry out.
2. Grill - cook meat on medium heat. Rotate often and basting with the extra sauce that was set aside. Cook until meat is golden brown with some charred finish around the edges.

美國紐約雜誌旗下網站《Vulture》近期集結了12位電影記者、影評人,選出了影史101部最佳電影結局。在評選之中,他們考量了作品的多元性,確保不過度集中於特定導演之作,也在類型、題材與產地進行分配(不過最後依然是以英語片為最大宗)。至於「結局」的定義,可能是最後一個鏡頭,也可能是最後一個片尾段落。

BAHAN BAHAN :
1 paket biskut kering (apa-apa jenama pun boleh)
1/2 tin susu pekat
1/4 cawan susu segar
250g cream cheese Tatura
*Serbuk Milo sebagai topping (Optional, apa-apa bahan lain pun boleh)
CARA BUAT :
1. KISAR BAHAN
Pertama sekali, satukan cream cheese, susu pekat dan susu segar. Blender ketiga-tiga bahan ini sampai sebati.Nak guna mixer pun boleh.
2. RENDAMKAN BISKUT
Celupkan pula biskut kering tadi ke dalam susu segar. Sementara itu, buat lapisan nipis dengan cream cheese yang dikisar tadi.
3. LAPIS-LAPISKAN
Susunkan biskut di atas lapisan cream cheese. Kemudian lapiskan balik dengan cream cheese. Susun pula biskut macam tadi.
Ulangi langkah yang sama sampai cream cheese boleh tutup lapisan biskut paling atas.
4. LETAK TOPPING
Seterusnya, taburkan serbuk Milo sebagai topping. Nak guna bahan lain pun boleh; contohnya Nestum, biskut Oreo, buah-buahan atau apa saja yang anda suka.
5. SEJUKKAN
Akhir sekali, simpan dalam peti sejuk semalaman dan selepas itu bolehlah dinikmati sebagai pencuci mulut. Sedapnya!
Kalau jenis suka jenis ‘banjir’ dan ‘meleleh’, bolehlah lebihkan cream cheese pada cheesekut ini.
Lain-lain bahan pun boleh ditambah ikut kreativiti masing-masing. Mudah sangat dan gerenti menjadi.

Follow this recipe 😌😌😌
MATERIALS:
1 packets of dry biscuits (any brand can be)
1/2 cans of condensed milk
1/4 cups of fresh milk
250 g cream cheese Tatura
* Milo Powder as topping (Optional, any other ingredient is possible)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. STORY OF MATERIALS
First of all, unite cream cheese, condensed milk and fresh milk. Blender of these three ingredients is mixed. You can even use a mixer.
2. SOAK UP THE BISCUTES
Dip the dry biscuits into fresh milk. Meanwhile, make a thin layer with the cream cheese that was ground just now.
3. LAYER-PEACE IT
Arrange the cookies on a layer of cream cheese. Then lay it back with cream cheese. Arrange the cookies like earlier.
Repeat the same step until cream cheese can cover the top layer of biscuits.
4. PLACE TOPPING
Next, sprinkle Milo powder as topping. You can use other ingredients; e.g. Nestum, Oreo biscuits, fruits or whatever you like.
5. COLD IT UP
Finally, keep it in the fridge overnight and then can be enjoyed as dessert. Yummy!
If the type who likes the type of ' flood ' and ' melting ', you can add cream cheese on this cheesekut.

Torimatsu Bara Sushi. It's popular Kyoto specialty. Bara Sushi is a type of sushi with a variety of ingredients sprinkled on the rice.
The most feature of Torimatsu Bara Sushi is flavored ground mackerel. Flavored ground chicken is common but flavored ground mackerel is very rare. It's salty-sweet and savory. They uses Kinshi Tamago(stripped thin omelette), seasoned Shiitake mushroom, Kamaboko fish cake and so on. The combination of the Sumeshi vinegared rice and the ingredients are very yummy!

One-Pot Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice with Meat and Vegetables in a Japanese school lunch style)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
200g(7oz.) pork or beef slices (or ground meat is ok)
200g(7oz.) bean sprouts
200g(7oz.) spinach
100g(3.5oz.) carrot
1 clove grated garlic
1 tbsp. grated ginger
* 2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. Sake (white wine or you can skip it)
* 1 tbsp. chicken soup stock powder
* 1 tbsp. Miso
* 1 tsp. Gochujang (you can skip it if you think it is too hot for kids)
cooking oil
sesame oil
toasted white sesame seeds
2 eggs
800g(1.7lb.) cooked white rice
Directions:
1. Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Cut carrot into thin strips. Cut spinach into an inch pieces. Wash bean sprouts and drain well.
2. In a deep frying pan or a pot, heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil and make scrambled eggs. Mix in rice and set aside.
3. In the same pan, bring water to a boil and parboil carrot strips, spinach, and bean sprouts. Drain well and set aside.
4. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil and heat garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add meat and cook until no longer pink.
5. Add the vegetables. Mix the seasonings * and add into the pan. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Finish with 1 tbsp. of sesame oil.
6. Serve the meat and vegetables on top of the rice with scrambled eggs. Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds to finish.

大鶏排(ダージーパイ)のレシピをご紹介します!
大鶏排とは、鶏むね肉を薄く伸ばし、衣をつけてカリッと揚げた台湾の唐揚げのこと。
片栗粉と白玉粉をまぶすとザクザク食感になります♡

大鶏排(ダージーパイ)
2人分
材料:
鶏むね肉 1枚(約250g)
Aおろしにんにく 小さじ1
Aおろししょうが 小さじ1
A砂糖 小さじ2
A塩 小さじ1/4
A五香粉 小さじ1/2
Aしょうゆ 大さじ2
A酒 大さじ2
溶き卵 1個分
B粗挽きコショウ 小さじ1/3
B片栗粉 30g
B白玉粉 30g
揚げ油 適量
作り方:
1.鶏むね肉は厚みのある部分に切れ目を入れて均一になるように切り開き、ラップをして上から叩き、薄くのばす。
2.ボウルにAを入れて、混ぜ合わせ、(1)を30分ほど漬け込む。
3.別のボウルに卵を溶き、(2)をくぐらせる。
4.バットにBを入れて混ぜ、(3)のとりむね肉に付ける。
5.170度に熱した揚げ油で、火が通るまで数回裏返しながら焦がさないように8分ほど揚げて完成!
Taiwan Style Fried Chicken
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
1 piece Chicken breast (about 250g)
A 1 teaspoon Grated garlic
A 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
A 2 teaspoons Sugar
A 1/4 teaspoon Salt
A 1/2 teaspoon Five-spice powder
A 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
A 2 tablespoons Sake
1 Beaten egg
B 1/3 teaspoon Coarsely ground pepper
B 30g Potato starch
B 30g Shiratamako
Frying oil
PREPARATION
1. Make a cut in the thick part of the chicken breast, cut it open evenly, cover it on plastic wrap and pound it to make a thin fillet.
2. Put A in a bowl, mix and soak the chicken in the mixture for about 30 minutes.
3. Beat the egg and use it to coat (2).
4. Put B in the vat, mix and coat (3) with it.
5. Heat oil to 170 degrees Celsius, and fry (4), turn it over several times until it is fully cooked without burning, about 8 min.
6. Enjoy!
