從一些報告中看出，中國當局從包括法輪功、維吾爾族人、藏族佛教僧人和地下教會基督徒在內的良心犯身上強行摘除器官。這應讓所有人的良知受到震撼。中國加強了對基督教徒的壓制，關閉教堂，逮捕和平遵從宗教教規的信徒。

We share reports — that others make — that Chinese authorities have subjected prisoners of conscience, including Falun Gong, Uyghurs, Tibetan Buddhists and underground Christians, to forcible organ harvesting. This should shock everyone’s conscience. China also continues to interfere in Tibetan Buddhist practices and Tibetan culture, including by interfering in the selection, education and veneration of Tibetan Buddhist lamas. China has increased its repression of Christians, shutting down churches and arresting adherents for their peaceful religious practices.
And to this, we say to China: Do not be mistaken; you will not win your war on faith. This will have consequences on your standing at home and around the world.”

🙏珠都克•當廓林瑪尼改造項目🙏
在完成建築工程和必要的家具準備後，我們現在開始對寺廟的門、窗和內牆進行粉刷。我們項目的繪製工作正在進行中，我們需要在門、窗、內牆和其它需要的地方繪製壁畫，這項工作我們已經開始了大約一個月。
繪畫工作是由多爾波的本地藝術家進行，這些藝術家有著豐富的經驗和繪畫技巧。畫作使用了當地傳統的繪畫方式完成，這可追溯到西藏繪畫文化的歷史，這是一個已經在多爾波的大部分地區世代相傳並傳承了幾代人的技能。

Pal Druduk Dungkhorling Mani Renovation Project
We have now started to painting the doors, windows and inner walls of the Shrine Hall after the completion of the contruction works and the preparation of necessary furniture items.
The painting work of our Giant Mani Project is under progress where the painting is done on the doors, windows, inner walls and other necessary ritual materials. It is about a month since we started the w work. The painting is done by local artists from Dolpo those who have wide range of experinces and skills in painiting.
The painting is done according to local painting tradition dating back its history with the Tibetan painting culture. It has been practicing in most part of Dolpo in several generations passing the artistic skills from generation to generation.
We are very grateful with our generous donors who have been supporting us in all the phase of our project whose supports and helps are immeasurable in our project.

怡保敦珠岩藏寺 – 在三宝洞路段尽头的一个不起眼的角落。
首次，推介给大家这个隐蔽的小不丹，蕴含着藏传佛教与不丹文化。
此岩藏寺由不丹郎炯寺 – 嘎拉多杰仁波切引领，是位于马来西亚的主要道场之一。
Dudjom New Treasure Society Ipoh is located immediately next to Sam Poh Tong Temple.
This beautiful monastery was started by Dungsey Garab Dorje Rinpoche about 20 years ago (in 1991), and it's the headquarters of Dudjom New Treasure Malaysia.
The auspicious centre showcases Bhutan culture and is a sacred seat of Tibetan Buddhism of the Nyingmapa tradition/lineage.

#藏餐 以油、酥、香為特色，餐牌上的菜式名字都特別難唸，但卻充滿藏族特色，令外地遊客更好奇更想一試。藏族飲食較為高脂肪、高蛋白質，有助禦寒與適應高原氣候，牦牛肉、涼拌牛舌、羊肉等皆是藏餐裡的特色菜。在餐廳裡不時會有一條條風乾牛羊肉掛在橫樑上，寒冬之中開始製作，四五個月之後烤煮食用或者生食。
作為藏族牧民其中一種主食食材，營養豐富的青稞，類似我們經常吃的穀麥類。藏民喜歡將其炒香後磨成粉，利用溶化於熱茶中的酥油，將粉末粘成一團，稱作「糌粑」。「糌粑」的味道像麥包，粉末狀較為乾涸，帶點芝麻香味。基於遊牧民族的生活模式，經常到處移動，因而生出了這種方便攜帶的食物。現時青稞主要產自西藏、青海、四川、雲南等高原地方。
