【レンジde抹茶蒸しパン】
９月に突入し、そろそろ秋がやってきますね。季節の変わり目らしく不安定な天候で、なかなか落ち着かない日が続いていますが、皆さんはいかがお過ごしでしょうか。
さて、今回は電子レンジで作る簡単な抹茶蒸しパンを作りました！
電子レンジで作る蒸しパンは、めちゃくちゃ簡単で速攻できるのですが、冷めると固くなりやすいという難点があります。
しかし、サラダ油を入れることで、冷めてもしっとり感をキープできる蒸しパンを作りました。
ささっと作れて簡単ですぐにでもおやつが食べたい〜って時にとてもオススメのレシピです。
今回は、秋らしく中に栗の甘露煮を入れて見ました。他にも餡子やさつまいもなどお好みのものを入れてお試しいただけると嬉しいです。
〈材料〉
○薄力粉 70g
○抹茶パウダー 大さじ1
○ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1
☆砂糖 60g
☆牛乳 100cc
☆サラダ油 大さじ1
