這禮拜四我（WTO姐妹會的 Brian / 2分之一強的 布萊恩）有第二次機會去錄台灣電視上的綜藝節目，2分之一強 (二分之一強). 所以我錄一個錄影日日記的Vlog給大家看看我在去錄節目之前都會做一些什麼.

早上起床會先喝水跟咖啡, 通常喝完了開始醒一醒之後去運動, 在準備早餐什麼的. 再來就是要看看有什麼有的沒的需要處理的事,像我這一天要做一些事情來準備我要出的新書～ 最後要準備出門錄節目～
This Thursday, I got my second chance to record Half and Half, a variety show on Taiwanese television, so I decided to make a Recording Day Diary/Vlog to show what I do on days where I have an episode to record.

In the morning, I have my water and coffee, and then after waking I exercise and make breakfast and such. Then, I take care of the random things that come up in the day. For example, this day I had to do some writing for my new book that I’m working on now. Finally, I have to get ready for the show and head out.
