User friendly for who can’t pick bones as well

Pastries are superb
Cheese dough is soft and moist
Perfect to pair with the soft creme
Coffee is surprisingly good
With Strong flavour of smoky beans
Yuzu cake is also quite refreshing
Not too sour
Making it a perfect ending to balance out the heavy meal
We made our first trip to Thomson Nature Park, yippee!
It was a good walk that we did as a family, despite the occasional nagging and bickering that has become part and parcel of our lives. There were dark clouds looming and we could hear thunder too but luckily, we still managed to complete the Streams and Ferns Trail (1.4km) and Rambutan Trail (0.4km), phew.
Well, that wasn't a lengthy distance, I know, but having three kids and a 3-month-old made it seem way longer than that. Along the way, we spotted insects like dragonflies, spiders, ants, butterflies, frogs, grasshoppers, as well as bugs and a caterpillar that we have not seen before. That is why these nature walks are so interesting because you never know what you might come across.
Hoping we will keep up this adventurous spirit as a family and that we will keep exploring, keep learning and keep hiking.

清蒸飼養三刀魚：
材料：
假三刀魚1條
薑1小舊
蔥1條
處理：
1. 魚，刮淨魚鱗，剪去魚鰭。
2. 內外清洗乾淨，放碟上。
3. 薑，去皮，切絲。
4. 蔥尾段，放魚身下，頭段切絲。
烹調：
1. 煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸魚7分鐘。
3. 魚蒸好，倒去碟上水分。
4. 燒熱油1湯匙，淋在魚身上。
5. 再倒一次魚汁。
6. 加入生抽。
7. 放上蔥段。
8. 完成，可享用。

Steam yellow spotted grunt:
Ingredients:
Yellow spotted grunt 1 No.
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Green onion 1 No.
Preparation:
1. The fish, get it scaled, cut the sharp ends.
2. Rinse in and out of the fish thoroughly. Put on plate.
3. Ginger, get it peeled and shredded.
4. The bottom part of green onion, put under the fish. The top part is to be shredded.
Steps:
1. Boil up a wok of water.
2. Steam the fish at high flame for 7 minutes.
3. Fish has been steamed well. Pour away water on plate.
4. Heat up oil 1 tbsp. Pour on fish.
5. Pour away water on plate again.
6. Add light soya sauce.
7. Put green onion on top.
8. Complete. Serve.

While unable to travel even around my own home country ~ Malaysia, I actually craved for Rendang Chicken during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, unsure my craving reason ?? Though I'm not a spicy foodie, however I love foods with spices& thick gravy. Lol...Ha...Ha...?❤
Rendang chicken is a spicy & spices stewed dish originated from Minangkabau, Indonesia. Specifically, this is a speciality of Batusangkar & Bukittinggi, Indonesia. It's now much easier to prepare rendang dishes with ready to cook sauces in the market. The sauce ingredients are Split Gill Mushroom, Coconut Milk, Onion, Oil, Sugar, Garlic, Coconut Paste, Lemongrass, Ginger, Galangal, Dried Chili, Salt, Turmeric Leaves, Lime Leaves & Spices
Whenever you're travelling to Malaysia, do remember to taste a rendang dish during your trip
Checking out rigs on Amazon I spotted the Movo SV1000 https://amzn.to/2wClXPT which is a foldable modular rig for $15 USD and bought one to check it out first, so you don't have to.
Its does what is says and can me made into a selfie stick, tophandle, gunstock rig or even a cage that can be collapse into a small package under the camera. However it only locks down in 45 degrees sections making it hard to get it into more comfy shapes. Also the sections shapes are not particularly shaped nicely to hold.
Well it does it job and it is quite sturdy just not really comfy, so it really depends if you go for ergonomics or the functions.
