Many a time I am still amazed by the transformative power of yoga within myself. I see people or my students say something or a pose impossible, unachievable, or unthinkable - and I can guarantee you I have those moments too. But with hard work, consistent practice, and numerous failures, what used to be impossible could become possible. That’s the power and magic of yoga, and practice in general.
But what is possible to us as #yogateachers can be absolutely impossible to our students. And not all of them want to do what we can do. Our job therefore is learn how to show that the #asana learning process is an empowering one, something that we can bring back to our daily life.
Being able to do amazing poses is nice, but not being able to bring the lessons behind the asana learning to strengthen our wellbeing would just be a pity.
