是否這樣的酒款也會受到黃曆的影響（花日、果日、葉日、根日，在不同的日子會表現出植物不同部位的特色）？

是否喝酒就應該選擇花日或是果日？

的確，在花果香瀰漫的時候，最能感受勃根地Pinot Noir的風華絕代。

但是，在根土味道主導的時候，反倒是最能感受酒體架構跟潛力，因為不會被那些鶯鶯燕燕的花果味搞得意亂情迷～～

I’m so glad that my Braised Chicken with Abalone was a hit at home! I received a couple of DMs asking for the recipe so here goes! 🤩

Recipe 📝 :
Blanch chicken wings in boiling water. Remove and drain. Make a marinate with 1 tbsp of superior light soya sauce and sesame oil. (Adult version: You can choose to add shao xing wine and white pepper) Marinate chicken with generous portion of @liloikanbilis mushroom powder (I omit pepper). Leave chicken aside for half an hour. Prepare other ingredients like mushrooms, abalone, pacific clams and prawns. Add little amount cooking oil in clay pot, add marinated chicken in and fry lightly. Add in abalone sauce, and all other ingredients (except abalone) in pot. Add water so that pot will bubble with ingredients. Let simmer. Taste as you go along, I always do this so that I can adjust to the taste that I prefer. You can choose to add more sesame oil, sugar or some shao xing wine if you wish. I also topped up with some @liloikanbilis scallop powder for more umami. For a thick sauce, gradually add cornflour solution. Let pot simmer on low heat. Add abalone and red goji last for 5 mins before serving. Enjoy! 😋✨

Trong tập lần này cả nhà cùng mình nấu rượu vang nóng (vin chaud) nhé ;) Món uống nóng hổi này thường được bán ở các chợ Noel, nơi mọi người bày bán rất nhiều đồ ăn, đồ uống, đồ chơi...và cùng nhau tận hưởng không khí mùa lễ hội.

Rượu vang nóng ngọt ngọt dễ uống, lại thơm mùi hoa hồi, quế..., chỉ cần hít hà một chút thôi cũng thấy Noel về rồi :D
