🌟New workshop announcement🌟
@rosewoodhongkong @asayawellness and I started a conversation a couple of months ago about what city dwellers need right now because of lifestyle change over the last year. We both agreed that we are spending more time at home, and don’t necessarily have the chance to work out and do yoga due to lockdown. And guess what - #backpain!
“Bend into Easiness” is a workshop for #backcare , correcting #badpostures and above all, it is absolutely suitable for beginners. Yoga massage is like doing yoga to another person. We use our entire body to move and dance with another, freeing them up to find welcome relief in stretch, opening and lengthening.
We can share the healing energy in contact and help to connect with others. It is a fun way to interact with spouses, friends, or strangers while relaxing in the massage, and reaping many more benefits of yoga!
Although this massage is based on some yoga poses, it is totally suitable for beginners who are new to yoga or even have no exercise habits!

Our studio is an alignment based studio.
We are specialized in using all kinds of props to assist in our poses.
For example, yoga blocks, yoga straps, bolsters, yoga chairs, wall ropes, blankets, etc.
Today, we would like to introduce how to use yoga blocks wisely.
A lot of us may misunderstand that only beginners would use props for assistance.
However, props to yoga practitioners, like yoga blocks, are or us to know if we have done the pose correctly.

Happy Friday, since weekend is around so guess this is the best time to post this video.
I practice Yoga atleast 3-4 times a week and I make sure I include Nia and the good thing is that she loves it as much as I do.
She has been doing it with me for past 1 year or so and is now a pro if I may say so.
Here are a few of the asanas or poses we did last Sunday and I thought of recording it for you guys and moms who are planning to teach it to their young ones.
I have mentioned yoga poses in both English and Hindi and their benefits simultaneously. You can read more about them if you wish to.
