今集到了我行程中的第四天，上一集離開了阿瑪菲海岸Amalfi Coast，往北面的龐貝古城Pompeii和索倫托Sorrento遊玩，因此今集再次返回阿瑪菲海岸Amalfi Coast。因為阿瑪菲海岸Amalfi Coast是總共由十三個小城鎮所組成，如果只遊覽之前介紹過的兩個最熱門的地方，包括阿瑪菲Amalfi和波西塔諾Positano是不足夠的，所以我今日選了最近而有渡輪可到達的切塔拉Cetara和鄰近的維耶特利Vietri Sul Mare，最後也會介紹一下我住宿了四個晚上的薩雷諾Salerno和在薩雷諾Salerno的一些美食推介。
