INGREDIENTS
A. Caramel syrup
50 gram sugar
5 ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
B. Flan
120 gram condensed milk
320 ml milk
2 medium eggs
C. Chocolate sponge cake
36 gram AP flour
10 gram cocoa powder
15 ml (1 tbsp) oil
7 ml (½ tbsp) milk
2 eggs medium sized
40 gram sugar
D. Coffee cream
30 ml (2 tbsp) whipping cream
15 gram instant coffee powder
150 ml whipping cream
