電腦型號(筆電)：Asus F83VF
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
CPU: Intel Dual Core T6600 2.2GHz
硬碟：Seagate 500G(SATA) (原機所附硬碟)
使用時間：2009年至今

狀況：

兩天前開始，每次開機都會看見下面的訊息：
Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Volume label is OS. One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency.
You may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended that you
continue.
To skip disk checking press any key within 10-1 (倒數) second(s).

但我讓電腦倒數，等待電腦自動修復的時候，
它總是倒數到1就停止，永遠沒有數完，也從來沒有進行修復過。

如果我按鍵讓disk check的程序暫停，能夠進入windows，
但是有一些程式無法再啟動(例如iTunes)，
另外有些檔案無法進行複製貼上的動作，
我想說趕快做資料備份，但是隨身硬碟讀不到。

上網搜尋相關的處理方式，先嚐試磁碟重組。
但是磁碟重組的時候C槽(windows系統檔灌在C槽)卻找不到，只能找到D槽，
做磁碟分析還是找不到C槽。

再搜尋相關處理方式，似乎建議用Chkdsk指令來修復，
當我建入Chkdsk指令，好像有找到不少壞的磁區(我看不太懂)，
最後出現以下文字：「發現錯誤。CHKDSK 無法以唯讀模式繼續。」
我再上網找，好像可以用Chkdsk C: /R指令來修復，
但是鍵入指令之後，顯示使用中的硬碟無法進行，將在重新啟動後進行，
所以我又重新開機，但是還是出現和上面一樣的文字：
Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Volume label is OS
One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency.
You may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly
Recommended that you continue.
To skip disk checking press any key within 10-1 (counts down) second(s).
而且還是一樣是倒數到1之後就停格了。強制關機後再重新開機好幾次還是一樣。

想請問：
1、還有什麼樣的處理方式可以讓電腦回復正常運作呢？(還有得救嗎？)
2、發生的原因是什麼？是硬碟壞了嗎？還是有其它原因？
3、目前就是打算把能夠救的檔案先救一救，因為隨身硬碟已經讀不到了，
所以想到的方式就是上傳到google drive(目前還能上網和執行chrome)，
之後再在別台電腦抓到隨身硬碟裡這樣，還有其它建議的資料救援方式嗎？
4、我還有什麼應該做的？

Hey, This is my issue at windows start up. I restarted my computer and on the start up it notified me of a need for file system check.
