材料：
油，煙肉 6，洋蔥 1，生菜 60g，番茄 2，青瓜 1，雞蛋，粟米，黑橄欖 ，車打芝士
田園醬：乳酪 1，蛋黃醬 2 tbsp，楓糖漿 1 tsp，檸檬汁 1/2 tsp
做法：
1. 煎煙肉
2. 用凍水浸洋蔥，生菜
3. 切碎番茄，青瓜
4. 將乳酪，蛋黃醬，楓糖漿，檸檬汁拌勻
5. 在碟上加入雞蛋，番茄，青瓜，洋蔥，煙肉，粟米，生菜，黑橄欖
6. 加上車打芝士，田園醬

4 Black Olive, 1 Onion, 2 Tomato, 60g Lettuce, 1/2 Canned Corn, 2 Boiled Egg, 1 Cucumber, 1tbsp Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 6strip Bacon
1. Brown the bacon over moderate heat and blot the top of the bacon with several layers of paper towels.
2. Soak onion, and lettuce over cold water.
3. Slice the tomato, cucumber.
4. Combine 1 Plain yogurt, 2Tbsp Mayonnaise, 1tsp maple syrup, 1/2tsp lemon.
5. Arrange all the ingredients nicely and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing and serve.
