For the stock:
2 dried mushrooms
8 large dried anchovies
Dried kelp
5 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the seasoning paste:
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon hot pepper paste
2 tablespoons hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon soy sauce
dash of black pepper
2 tablespoons water
For ingredients (can adjust with your fav):
½ medium onion
2 scallions
½ cup kimchi
100g cheese sausage
100g spam
50g baked beans
1 pack ramyeon noodle
100g enoki mushrooms
100g smooth tofu
1 slice of American cheese

2 湯匙辣椒粉
1 茶匙醬油
少許黑胡椒粉
2湯匙水
火鍋料 (可以依個人喜好調整):
½個洋葱
2個大葱
½ 杯泡菜
100g 起司香腸
100g 午餐肉
50g 罐頭黃豆
1 整塊泡麵
100g 金針菇
100g 豆腐
1片起司
