Resepi Kek Gula Hangus Klasik
Bahan-bahan
1 cwn gula kastor
1 cwn air panas
1 cwn tepung gandum
3 sb mentega (dicairkan)
4 biji telur
3/4 cwn susu segar
2 sb soda bikarbonat
1 sb serbuk penaik
1 sb esen vanila
Cara memasak
1. Dengan menggunakan api sederhana, masak gula kastor sehingga menjadi karamel dan tuangkan air panas. Masukkan mentega dan kacau sehingga larut dan ketepikan.
2. Masukkan telur, esen vanila, susu segar dan larutan gula karamel. Kacau seketika.
3. Ayak tepung gandum, soda bikarbonat dan serbuk penaik. Kacau adunan sehingga sebati.
4. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan roti dan perap selama 1-3 jam.
5. Bakar pada suhu 170°c selama 20-30 minit.
6. Keluarkan kek dan potong secara melawan urat kek untuk mendapatkan bentuk sarang semut yang cantik.
7. Kek Gula Hangus Klasik siap untuk dihidangkan.
Nota: Semakin lama adunan diperap, semakin banyak rongga semut bakal terhasil.

Classic Honeycomb Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup of castor sugar
1 cup of hot water
1 cup of wheat flour
3 tbsp of butter (melted)
4 nos eggs
3/4 cup of fresh milk
2 tbsp of baking soda
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of essence vanilla
Cooking methods
1. While using medium heat, cook sugar castor until caramelize and pour in hot water. Add in butter and stir well until dissolved and set aside.
2. Add in eggs, essence vanilla, fresh milk and caramelized sugar. Stir well.
3. Sieve wheat flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well the batter.
4. Pour in the batter into bread mold and marinate for 1-3 hours.
5. Bake at 170°c for 20-30 minutes.
6. Take them out and cut the cake against the cake veins to get a beautiful ants nest.
7. Classic Honeycomb Cake is ready to be served.
Note: The longer batter marinated, the more hallow forms.

5 biji epal hijau (dipotong dadu)
2 sb serbuk kayu manis
1 btg kayu manis
5 sb gula perang
3 sb mentega
2 sk tepung jagung
2 sk air
kulit puff pastri
1 biji telur
1 sk garam
Cara memasak
1. Inti Epal: Kupas kulit epal hijau dan potong menjadi bentuk dadu. Rendamkan ke dalam air dan ketepikan.
2. Cairkan mentega pada suhu sederhana kemudian masukkan serbuk kayu manis dan epal hijau.
3. Masak seketika hingga sedikit layu dan masukkan gula perang, garam dan kayu manis.
4. Kacau sekata dan masukkan campuran air dan tepung jagung.
5. Kacau sedikit hingga sebati dan sejukkan.
6. Kemudian, taburkan tepung jagung dan rollkan puff pastri.
7. Selepas itu, letakkan inti di tengah-tengah dan gamkan keliling puff pastri dengan sedikit air.
8. Rapatkan dan kelim tepi puff pastri menggunakan garfu.
9. Kemudian, kelar bahagian atas puff dan oleskan dengan telur.
10. Bakar pada suhu 180°C selama 15-20 minit.
11. Pai epal siap untuk dihidangkan.

5 whole green apples (diced)

Cooking methods
1. Apple Filling: Peel off apple skin and cut into dice. Soaked in the water and set aside.
2. Melt butter at medium temperature, then add in cinnamon powder and green apples.
3. Cook until bit wilt and add in brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon stick.
4. Stir evenly, then pour in water and cornflour mixture.
5. Stir until mix well and let them cool down.
6. Then, dust cornflour and roll the puff pastry to thin.
7. Place the filling at the center and glue around the puff with water.
8. Close and crimp the puff pastry using a fork.
9. Then, slice the top of the puff and brush with egg wash.
10. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
11. Apple pie is ready to be served.

Bahan-bahan
500 gm keju mascarpone
1 sb serbuk kopi
1/2 cwn krim putar tenusu
1/2 cwn gula aising
1 sb esen vanila
serbuk koko (secukupnya)
1 pkt stik roti/biskut lady finger
250 ml air panas
Cara memasak
1. Larutkan serbuk kopi bersama air panas. Sejukkan seketika.
2. Pukul keju mascarpone, gula aising, krim putar tenusu dan esen vanila sehingga ringan dan gebu. Masukkan ke dalam piping bag dan ketepikan.
3. Patahkan stik roti dan susun kemas di dalam cawan kaca.
4. Tuangkan sedikit larutan kopi sehingga stik roti kelihatan lembut.
5. Paipkan campuran keju dan ulang langkah keempat sehingga memenuhi cawan kaca.
6. Taburkan serbuk koko di atas permukaan dan tiramisu tanpa telur siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
500 gm mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp of coffee powder
1/2 cup dairy whipping cream
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
coco powder (as needed)
1 pckt bread stick / lady finger biscuit
250 ml hot water
Cooking methods
1. Dissolve coffee powder in hot water. Let them cool.
2. Beat mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, dairy whipping cream and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. Pour into pipping bag and set aside.
3. Break bread stick and neatly arrange them into the glass.
4. Pour in coffee solution until the bread stick soggy.
5. Pipe cheese mixture and repeat steps number four until fully cover the glass.
6. Dust with coco powder on top and eggless tiramisu is ready to be served.
