2021 柏林馬拉松比賽篇《我是不知道你們可不可以，總之我是肯定不行啦！》

Corral A (sub 2:40) 出發的速度真的很快，領先集團自然一下就不見了，而人最多的大集團，大約也是以 3:30-3:40/k 左右的速度在前進。這其實是我平時訓練時、狀況不錯會跑到的 MP (馬拉松配速）今天跑起來肌肉的感覺也不勉強。

不過相較於涼爽乾燥（10-15°C）的灣區氣候，今天的柏林 9:15am 剛開賽氣溫就接近 20°C、濕度也有 90%. 不經暖身，才開始跑一公里心率已經是 165 bpm. 這跟賽前擬定的「前半馬心率不超過 165，前 32 K 不超過 170」的作戰策略一比已接近臨界值。

惡魔的聲音喊著「別怕，也許今天就是突破自己的時候，比賽哪有不心跳高的！」但心裡有另一個理智的聲音「這是你練了幾個月才得出的數據，不要不相信科學⋯⋯」

我看了看錶、看了看旁邊的人；又看了看錶、又看了看旁邊的人。

"I don't know if you guys can do it, but I can't!"

我不記得這句話是悶在心裡，還是真的有喊出來，總之我牙一咬就立刻放慢、跑在路肩。。然後你就看到非洲大草原般的景象，上百隻狂暴的野牛把我狠狠輾過。

5K 就放慢意味著⋯⋯

1. 今天不可能跑進 2 小時 35 分了，儘管我為了這目標練了整整九個月
2. 也可能保不住 PB，儘管那只是原先設定的 "低標"

但是心跳是很誠實的（我有綁心率帶）而在前五公里就異常高到 165 bpm 更代表了無論我腿的感覺有多輕鬆，心肺明確就是在比平常更努力。

觀察了自己的生理狀態，汗不斷的流、但是衣服完全不會乾，這也說明一件事：高溫度、高濕度，而十分慚愧的是，我是最不耐高溫高濕的那種。雖然多少有點不甘心，但有時候做正確的決定，往往比放手一搏更難。

我當下改變策略，直接換了錶的顯示介面，改成不看配速，嚴格把心率控制 165 以下。速度一下就從 3:40 掉到了 3:50 ，後頭的跑者的腳步聲不斷逼近，壓力極大。更有幾個 Corral B 的跑者迎頭趕上，心底雖然不服氣，也只能耐住性子任他們超前。

手上的 drink mix 運動飲料讓我撐到了 10K. 另外每個 5K 的官方水站無論渴不渴，都先進去拿杯水再說，不渴就淺飲一口，剩下的統統淋頭頂上。

5-10K: 19:07 / 心跳 165
10-15K: 19:10 / 心跳 165

過了 15K 我覺得好像找到了自己的 comfort zone. 大概就是 3:50/k (全馬 2 小時 40 分）的配速，可以跑的有把握。

大概是這時候遇到了在路邊加油的太太，我大喊了一聲「240!」 毫無羞恥心把新的目標告訴她，天知道在這之前我已經經歷了多少。

20-25K: 19:11 / 心跳 165
Half Marathon: 1:20:13

速度到這裡還是維持得很均勻，5K-20K 都在每 5 公里分段 19:10 上下，差距不到三秒。而且這是在完全沒看錶的前提下，只說明了柏林的賽道有多好。半馬比預期的稍慢了幾秒，但對比於剛開跑時的不舒適，這個配速我可以一直跑下去。

25-30K: 19:30 / 心跳 168

配速往下掉了一點，後來聽說這裡有坡

30-35K: 19:11 心跳 170

配速又回來一些，後來聽說這裡下坡

跑過 32K 的時候有個插曲，我被女子選手 Shalane Flanagan 刷卡！Shalane 是美國近代最好的馬拉松跑者之一，2017 年以 2 小時 26 分拿下紐約馬冠軍，我也參加了同一場比賽，跑了 2 小時 46 分。

她退役後開始執教，今年則是以 40 歲之姿宣布要在 42 天內挑戰世界六大馬，而柏林馬僅僅是她的第一站。我不知道她為什麼會從我後面出現，難道是前面跑爆了？還是肚子痛？愣了一會，扯了嗓子大喊："Let's go Shalane!"

在柏林賽道上，想必幫她加油的聲音遠遠比不上美國其他比賽、遑論紐約馬拉松了。她頭也不回，但向後給了我一個大拇指。我心中一陣感動，快馬加鞭跟在她後方五公尺想一睹偶像風采，但跑沒 100 公尺就知道這個配速絕對不尋常，我又喊了一次加油，然後看著她的背影遠去。

（回到終點得知她前半馬跑了 1 小時 23 分 — 根本在玩；後半馬一口氣就加速到 1 小時 15 分 — 還好我沒跟。）

35-40K: 19:40 心跳 173

從 32K 開始解封的心跳，現在已經超過 170 了，身體也有點撞牆期的感覺，速度掉到快要 4:00/K。我嘗試提速，但大腿後側有點要抽不抽的感覺。

雖然我只能保守前進，不過沿路上還是不斷超過人。一開始遠遠跟著的 2 小時 40 分大集團感覺也潰不成軍，偶爾會看到幾個在路邊站著不動的跑者、奮力的敲著自己的大腿想喚起一些什麼，我也只能心疼地說聲加油。

40K-Finish: 8:25 心跳 177

最後兩公里，我知道自己不會跑爆了。開始跟民眾互動、跟超過的每個跑者喊加油！經過 42 公里，終於又回到布蘭登堡門，在太陽下閃閃發亮的拱門下，此刻我覺得自己就是全世界最幸福的人。

翻轉視界 18 Changing Perspective

There's not just one road to the destination, but many roads. You just need to take the little step that’s right in front of you, and then the next one, and a few years down the track, they will seem like massive achievements.

【LPL賽前分析】2021夏季總決賽 FPX vs EDG

－近年來LPL的競爭力逐漸提升，無非是當前英雄聯盟數一數二的賽區，而FPX與EDG戰隊本季的優異表現受到粉絲青睞，在世界賽的旅程寄予厚望，因此這場總決賽的結果可說是難以預測。

－在LPL中FPX戰隊以64%的首殺率統治整個賽區，前五次擊殺率也來到72%，這些要歸功於中路選手Doinb的發揮，他被稱為世界上最多變的中路選手，龐大的角色池使團隊產生神奇的化學效應。
在夏季賽中，他的伊瑞莉亞表現有目共睹，在比賽中經常獲得MVP肯定，面對狀態極佳的FPX戰隊，EDG想拿到首殺似乎有些困難。

－而EDG戰隊能走到這一步，下路選手Viper至關重要，保證下路線的發育將是贏得比賽的重要基礎。因此中路選手Scout勢必要取得中路的線權並對於下路線有相當程度的照顧，如下路雙人組能順利取得優勢，預示者與第一座的外塔勢在必得，這是EDG的勝利方程式，FPX戰隊對於這點必須有所對策。

－我想，當EDG戰隊對預示者發起進攻時，FPX可能轉而爭取第一條的小龍換取資源。

You’ve seen how competitive LPL is this year. Many are already saying it’s one of, if not the best seasons yet. Since FPX and EDG are both favored by fans to win LPL in preparation for Worlds, this game is very likely going to be a preview of all the chaos, charades, and FUN you’re going to witness Worlds.

As one of the few teams left, FPX dominates the rest with their 64% First Blood rate. They also have a 72% on First 5 Kills, thanks to Doinb, often dubbed the most versatile midlaner in the World. Besides a crazily huge pool of champions at his disposal, Doinb is an effective carry or support for his team too. In this year's Summer playoffs, he locked in Irelia to much surprises, but still managed to make her work to FPX’s favor as the MVP in playmaking. Against a team like FPX, EDG simply has no chance to get the First Blood.

EDG have star players of their own. Their ADC Viper is a late game hyper carry. This means EDG is going to be laying groundwork early on for him by feeding him kills in the early game. This is where their midlaner Scout comes into play, as he often rotates to the bottom in order to finish the fight that Viper and his support started. Once the job is done, expect a fast recall from EDG’s entire team, followed by a teleport to rush the Rift Herald for first turret takedown. This has always been their bread and butter strategy, executed to perfection. You’re betting off backing FPX here.

When this is going on, FPX will use this opportunity to go for the first dragon of the game.

Both teams are in excellent conditions and they have the world's top junglers. How this game plays out may be determined on the route their junglers take. To DJ Esports, there’s only a clear cut winner to this and that’s FPX. We are optimistic that FPX will get the first Baron and win this series 3-1 in the LPL division as first seed.

越南菜當中除了有分南北越，每個地方省份亦有一些特別的菜式。這個肉丸蟹粉，是極少數我小時候沒有吃過的越南菜式，是我長大後一次母親去美國探親，從阿姨的朋友家中食過，回來之後急不及待煮給我們吃，那味道鮮甜到不得了，一向最嘴刁最喜歡挑剔阿媽的我讚賞不已，娘親不曉得有多高興。

我和阿媽煮餸的最大分歧，是對食材的要求，阿媽的宗旨是非肥不可無肥不歡，我們家的食材以雞、豬肉和海鮮為主。不論是買雞買豬肉，都必須夠肥，海鮮一樣要，肥，即是要大條或者大隻。想當年我小時候的海黃花鷹鯧閒閒哋三四斤一條，巨型大龍蝦大花蟹，真正大場面，講起都流口水。我呢，最憎食雞皮肥豬肉，小時候不識時務，揀飲擇食嫌三嫌四，我就會變成藤條炆豬肉的豬肉。長大了就不同了，勇於表態了，不過我阿媽意見接受，態度照舊，我有我投訴，佢有佢照買照煮。即使唔夠肥，阿媽自會加多些油搭夠，你話我死唔死？

不過我永遠都有兩個選擇，一係食一係唔食。但是我們一家最注重的，就是一家人圍在一起吃飯的傳統。絕對是傳統，不是習慣！既然是傳統，我就不能不就範，幾肥幾油幾唔鍾意食都好，都要乖乖哋坐低一家大細三代同堂一齊食。

所以一見到這個肉丸蟹粉，終於冇油唔肥仲要咁好味，以為阿媽轉性聽我話。結果不看猶自可，一看嚇一跳，那個肉丸，之所以又滑又香，因為是真正半肥瘦，有一半是肥豬肉！再加上配的是廣東河粉，又係油，在我的強烈要求下，阿媽嫌我煩，改用了台灣米粉，還有金邊粉。

今次為大家示範的，是我的改良版，因為拆蟹肉太麻煩，我改為把花蟹斬件，味道一樣好，賣相一樣靚，方便大家跟住做，我係唔係好貼心細心呢？不過豬肉丸要好食，肥豬肉不能少，即使不用一半最低限度都要有三成肥豬肉。我曾經試過用全瘦肉，肉丸煮出來鞋熠熠，才知道當日阿媽的堅持，是有道理的。

另一個強烈推介，就是在泰國雜貨舖買的新鮮檬粉，我試過吃不完放入保鮮盒雪櫃儲存，第二天吃依然軟滑，有機會大家一定要買來試試。除了放湯，天時暑熱用香茅豬扒春卷配魚露，加一些青瓜絲芽菜香花菜撈來吃，滋味無窮！

湯底：
香茅 數支
洋葱 1-2個
月桂葉 數片
雞腳 半斤
豬腳 1斤
薑/南薑 適量
番茄 7個
紅蘿蔔 1個

所有材料洗乾淨，雞腳、豬腳先汆水，加入5公升水煮兩小時，取出材料保留湯水，加入魚露、鹽調味

材料：
半肥瘦豬肉 1斤
蛋白 1小碗
蝦膏 2湯匙（用暖水溶解）
胡椒粉 1小碗
魚露 少許
生粉及水 適量

所有材料加入豬肉中拌勻，最後加油，放入冰箱4小時以上

花蟹2隻（洗乾淨蟹身中間開半）
新鮮檬粉 1大碗
辣椒 適量
青檸 適量
九層塔（金不換） 少許
芽菜 適量

做法：
1.煲滾湯頭，取出豬肉結成肉丸狀，加入湯中煮熟，然後放入花蟹煮10分鐘，視乎花蟹大小可加減時間。
2.將泰國新鮮檬粉放在碗底，加入芽菜，淋上熱湯，放上肉丸、蟹，加青檸、辣椒、九層塔伴食。

Vietnamese Crab Meatballs Pho Noodle Soup

Soup Base:
Lemongrass Several pcs
Onions 1-2 pcs
Bay leaves Several pcs
Chicken feet ½ Catty
Pork hock 1 Catty
Ginger and galangal Some
Tomatoes 7 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Note: Clean all ingredients, blanch pork hock and chicken feet in boiling water for several minutes. Cook all ingredients in 5L of water for 2 hours. Remove all ingredients, only keeping the soup. Add fish sauce and salt to taste.

Ingredients:
Half-lean, half-fat pork 1 Catty
Egg white 1 small bowl
Shrimp paste 2 tbsp (melt with warm water)
Black pepper 1 small bowl
Fish sauce Some
Corn starch water Some
Note: Mix all above ingredients with pork, add some oil, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Blue crab 2 pcs (clean and cut in halves)
Fresh pho noodles 1 large bowl
Chili Some
Lime Some
Thai basil A little bit
Bean sprouts Some

Steps:
1. Bring the soup to a boil, make meat balls with the marinated pork, boil in soup until cooked. Add crabs to soup and cook for 10 minutes, adjust the cooking time based on the size of the crabs.
2. Place pho noodles in a bowl, add bean sprouts, add soup, place meatballs and crab into the bowl, add lime, chili and Thai basil to finish.
