3 tbsp muỗng canh riềng xay mịn
1 tsp muỗng cà phê mắm tôm
1 tsp muỗng cà phê muối
½ cup (120ml) sữa chua buttermilk
2 tbsp muỗng canh bột bắp
2 tsp muỗng cà phê bột nghệ
❖ Mam Tom sauce:
1 tbsp muỗng canh mắm tôm
1 tbsp muỗng canh đường
1 tbsp muỗng canh nước
Nước ½ trái chanh xanh
2 tbsp muỗng canh dầu
1 tbsp muỗng canh tỏi bằm nhuyễn
Ớt bằm nhuyễn tuỳ thích
❖ Accompaniments:
½ cup đậu phộng rang
Rau thì là
Hành lá
