I didn’t meet my father until I was 6 years old. My parents had a comfortable, middle-class life in Shanghai, or as close as you could get under communism. But they always wanted to live overseas, and just before I was born, my dad came to Sydney to set things up. I don’t know why, but in the end, my mother and I didn’t join him until I was 6.

人家外勞警衛也是盡自己的本份而已。
在疫情期間進入任和商店商場規矩就是一定要掃描手機才可以讓你進入，是妳自己忘記帶手機，妳不帶手機沒得掃描，警衛當然要妳填寫資料。妳就偏偏要說填寫資料那個筆不衛生容易受感染，受感染的話誰負責？ 是你這外勞警衛門口狗負責嗎？

這種沒有家教沒有修養的女人，講話一點水準都沒有！妳穿的在美，妳全身用名牌打扮的再漂亮又怎麼樣？不禮貌不尊重別人，人格簡直就是0分！

身為正義雞婆的我，一聽到這樣罵人，我說如果妳認為他是狗的話，那妳也是一隻母狗， 而且是一直亂吠的母狗，因為我們大家都是同類！

我覺得職業不分高低貴賤，真的不能用到這樣的字眼侮辱看不起人，真的太過分了！人家也是打一份工作，在盡自己的責任而已！

初めてショート動画を作ってみました！

今日は生クリームを使ってマドレーヌを作りました。
バターの代わりの生クリームなので、溶かす手間もなく混ぜるだけ♪
コクが少し足りなかったので、ココア味にしてみました。

▷Ingredients：
2 eggs
80g sugar
95g cake flour
20g ground almonds
6g cocoa powder
1g baking powder
100ml heavy cream

▷材料（15個分）：
■チョコチップマドレーヌ
全卵　２個
砂糖　８０ｇ
薄力粉　９５ｇ
アーモンドプードル　２０ｇ
ココアパウダー　６ｇ
ベーキングパウダー　１g
生クリーム　１００ｍｌ

▷作り方
１．全卵２個をよく溶きほぐして、砂糖80gを加えてよく混ぜる。

２．薄力粉95g、アーモンドプードル20g、ココアパウダー5g、ベーキングパウダー1gをふるって加え、なめらかになるまで混ぜる。

３．生クリーム100mlを2〜3回に分けて加えて、なめらかになるまで混ぜる。

４．お好みの型やカップに生地を入れる。チョコチップ、アーモンドスライスなどを乗せる。180℃に予熱したオーブンで18分焼き、完成。

よく頂く質問などについて。
Q.バターは無塩ですか？有塩ですか？
お菓子には基本的に無塩バターのみ使用しています。
無塩バターに塩を加えるレシピは有塩バターではだめなのか？と質問をいただくのですが、狙った塩加減にしたいため無塩バターを使っています。
※一部過去の動画は「バター」のみの記載になってしまっています。
今後は字幕に「無塩バター」と表記するよう心がけますが、
それ以前の字幕に「バター」としか書かれていなくても
「無塩バター」を使用しています。

Q.オーブンは予熱しますか？
焼成温度に合わせて予熱しています。
家庭用オーブンは庫内が小さく扉を開けた時に熱が逃げやすいため、
焼成温度＋10〜20℃で予熱し、焼くものを入れてから焼成温度に合わせて焼いています。
こちらも今後は字幕で「〇〇℃に予熱したオーブンで□□分焼く」といった形で表記するように心がけます。
