It's summer and I'm craving ice cream!
This time, I made s'mores into ice cream.
This recipe is a bit complicated, so if you want to make delicious ice cream easily at home, please refer to the previous video.

➢Chocolate ice cream
40g chocolate 70% cacao
50g whipping cream
1 egg white(30g)
30g sugar
➢Marshmallows
1 egg white
50g sugar
3g gelatin
15g water
Vanilla
➢ Crackers
20g unsalted butter
30g sugar
A pinch of salt
35g whole-wheat flour
30g flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
15g water
▼Recipe Instruction
Add whipping cream to chocolate and melt it.
Make meringue with egg whites and sugar
Mix chocolate and meringue, then put in 4 molds(8cm) and freeze.
Add water to powdered gelatin.
Warm egg whites and sugar to 50℃.
Make meringue.
Microwave the gelatin and add it to the meringue and mix.
Put them in 2 molds(8cm) and freeze.
Mix butter, sugar and salt, then add flour.
Add water and mix.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Make 4 crackers (8 cm).
Bake at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Brown the marshmallows.
Put chocolate ice cream on crackers.
Sandwich marshmallows with chocolate ice cream
Cool well in the freezer.

作り方:
1.アイスクリームは紙パックごと3等分に切る。
2.クッキーの上に(1)を乗せて紙パックを取り外し、冷凍庫で30分冷やす。
3.ボウルにチョコレートチップとココナッツオイルを入れ、500Wのレンジで1分加熱する。(30秒ごとにかき混ぜる。)室温に5分置いて冷ます。
4.冷凍庫から(2)を取り出し、(3)をかけてクッキーで挟む。
5.再び冷凍庫に入れて30分冷やしたら、完成!

ストロベリーショートケーキアイスサンド
3個分
材料:
ストロベリーアイスクリーム 475g
シュガークッキー 6枚
グラハムクラッカー(砕く) 40g
ドライストロベリー 100g
ホワイトチョコレートチップ 260g
ココナッツオイル 大さじ1と1/2
作り方:
1.アイスクリームは紙パックごと3等分に切る。
2.クッキーを2枚1組にして(1)を挟む。紙パックを取り外し、冷凍庫で30分冷やす。
3.ボウルにグラハムクラッカー、ドライストロベリーを加えて混ぜる。
4.ボウルにチョコレートチップとココナッツオイルを入れ、500Wのレンジで1分加熱する。(30秒ごとにかき混ぜる。)室温に5分置いて冷ます。
5.冷凍庫から(2)を取り出し、(4)に半分ほど浸して(3)をまぶす。
6.再び冷凍庫に入れて30分冷やしたら、完成!

材料:
バニラアイスクリーム 475g
チョコレートクッキー 6枚
スプリンクル 340g
作り方:
1.アイスクリームは紙パックごと3等分に切る。
2.クッキーを2枚1組にして(1)を挟む。紙パックを取り外し、冷凍庫で30分冷やす。
3.冷凍庫から(2)を取り出し、アイスにスプリンクルまぶしたら、完成!

CHOCOLATE SPRINKLES ICE CREAM SANDWICHES
Servings: 3
INGREDIENTS
1 pint vanilla ice cream
6 double chocolate cookies
1 cup rainbow sprinkles
PREPARATION
1. Using a serrated knife, cut the pint of ice cream crosswise into 3 equal discs.
2. Lay out 3 chocolate cookies and place a pint slice on top of each. Place another chocolate cookie on top of each sandwich. Remove the ice cream packaging.
3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
4. Pour the sprinkles into a shallow dish.
5. Remove the ice cream sandwiches from the freezer and roll the sides in the sprinkles, completely covering the ice cream.
6. Freeze for 30 minutes more before serving.
7. Enjoy!

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE ICECREAM SANDWICHES
Servings: 3
INGREDIENTS
1 pint strawberry ice cream
6 sugar cookies
½ cup crushed graham crackers
½ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
1½ cups white chocolate chips
1½ tablespoons coconut oil
PREPARATION
1. Using a serrated knife, cut the pint of ice cream crosswise into 3 equal discs.
2. Lay out 3 sugar cookies and place a pint slice on top of each. Place another sugar cookie on top of each sandwich. Remove the ice cream packaging.
3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, stir together the graham crackers and freeze-dried strawberries until thoroughly mixed.
5. In a liquid measuring cup or deep, microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the white chocolate is silky smooth. Let the white chocolate cool to room temperature, about 5 minutes.
6. Remove the ice cream sandwiches from the freezer and dip half of each sandwich into the white chocolate, then roll the dipped side in the graham cracker and strawberry mixture until fully covered.
7. Freeze for 30 minutes more before serving.

INGREDIENTS

6 chocolate chip cookies, divided
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil

1. Using a serrated knife, cut the pint of ice cream crosswise into 3 equal discs.
2. Lay out 3 chocolate chip cookies and place a pint slice on top of each. Remove the ice cream packaging.
3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil, and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is silky smooth. Let the chocolate cool to room temperature, about 5 minutes.
5. Remove the ice cream and cookies from the freezer and use a spoon to drizzle chocolate on the top and off the sides of each ice cream slice.
6. Top with the remaining 3 chocolate chip cookie and freeze for 30 minutes more before serving.
