Ready to look & feel good now? About Us LUKE I was one of those kids who got Ds in gym class and As in math class. I went to university in 1995 for Computer Science and fueled my body with Doritos and Slurpees. I dropped out of school 2 years later to move to San Francisco and work at a series of health-care startups (ironic because I was not doing much to take care of my own health). One day I woke up, got bored with it all and decided to change gears and become ... a yoga teacher. I studied first with Larry Schultz, then moved to Los Angeles to study with Noah Williams and Kiki Flynn. I made two extended trip to Mysore, India to study with Sri Pattabhi Jois and for have taught yoga in Bangkok where I live with my husband, Tae since 2004. Every morning (well most mornings) we wake up and practice together in our condo, then I split my time between teaching and running two YouTube channels. This channel is about our lives, the way we eat and the stuff we do. I hope you dig it. TAE
