Highly recommended, for their fried pancakes! ☑️ THE MINT HOUSE - didn't get to go on their tour, must check timings, find out gold and mining legends from the past! ☑️ DFES EDUCATION AND HERITAGE CENTRE - free admission, get to dress up too! ☑️ ST MARY'S CATHEDRAL - built 1865! Officially the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, beautiful building, must see!
