Taekkyon is concerned with applying both the hands and feet at the same time to unbalance, trip, or throw the opponent. Hands and feet are always used together. Bella was a week in Korea mastering the technique - very elegant butterfly-like movement using both hands & feet at the same time . TaeKwanDo is not just about punching and kicking but learning the history and origin and the roots of Martial Arts of Korea are truly exciting . I’m glad Bella enjoyed them . Good Morning Everyone .
