本學期課程終於結束了，跟同事合出機率與統計期末考題。我寫了這個故事，出了四個大題：

【The story of an honest woodcutter and the lake goddess (湖中女神)】

Once upon a time, there was a woodcutter living in the forest. One day, the woodcutter accidentally dropped an axe into the lake. Because the woodcutter was so poor and didn’t have money to buy another new axe, the woodcutter felt so sad and started to cry at the lakeshore. The woodcutter cried so loud, and it sounded really ugly.

All of a sudden, the lake goddess appeared from the lake. She asked the woodcutter what went wrong. Crying being interrupted, the woodcutter was kind of annoyed. Yet, the woodcutter answered: “I dropped my axe into the lake.” The woodcutter continued crying.
The lake goddess dived into the lake and came up with a silver axe. She asked: “Is this the one you lost?” Being interrupted again, the woodcutter was annoyed. Yet, he answered: “No, mine is not silver.”

The lake goddess dived into the lake again and came up with a golden axe. She asked: “Is this the one you lost?” Being interrupted again and again, the woodcutter was really annoyed. The woodcutter finally couldn’t stand it and yelled “Get a life! Stop bothering me! Stop cosplaying like a lake goddess!!!!!!!!”

The lake goddess was so shocked and felt so angry, she threw the golden axe at the woodcutter yet she missed. The woodcutter yelled back at her, and she was so angry. She threw the silver axe at the woodcutter and missed again. The woodcutter kept laughing at her, and she threw the original axe at the woodcutter and dived into the lake with tears.

At the end, the woodcutter went back home with an iron axe, a silver axe, and a golden axe. The woodcutter lived happily ever after.
