外交部委託外貿協會辦理「邦交國及新興市場國家留學生人力媒合計畫」，媒合邦交國與拉美、非洲及中東地區國家在台留學生、僑生，與台灣企業的海外徵才與在台實習機會。
我們希望透過人才資源交流，運用外籍學生語言及專業技能、熟悉我國環境及當地文化等優勢，協助業者在海外拓銷及布局，促進我商與友邦及新興市場間的經貿往來，帶動該地區的產業發展，成為各國市場堅定可靠的經貿夥伴。

MOFA and TAITRA today unveiled the 2021 Job-Matching Program for Students from Diplomatic Allies and Emerging Markets, which will see a range of events running from May to August this year. The scheme will focus on exchange students and overseas Taiwanese from our allies, #LatinAmerica, #Africa and the #MiddleEast, facilitating work placements and internships for them with Taiwanese businesses.
MOFA Vice Minister Miguel Tsao hosted the launch event for the scheme which was attended by ambassadors and representatives from 20 countries and almost 100 exchange students and business representatives.
An offline job matching fair will be held on May 29 at the Taipei International Convention Center.
