那麼札幌的中央場外市場就是札幌的美食天堂 Then the central wholesale seafood market of Sapporo is the food paradise of Sapporo
好食不用說，物超所值先才是這個地方的賣點 Needless to say, high CP value is the selling point of this place
之前我說的二條市場是狸小路鬧市旁邊 The Nijo Market I said before is next to Tanukikoji downtown

場外市場指的是札幌中央批發市場外面，每天從市場新鮮採購食材來販售的店家和餐廳。
整條街上滿滿的商店販售螃蟹、各種海產，也有幾間賣蔬菜水果的商店，夏天的新鮮哈密
瓜也是亮點之一。
餐廳大多從早上七點開始營業，來這裡吃碗海鮮蓋飯當作早餐，北海道的日常生活就是這
麼平實無華阿(已羨慕啦)。
整條街上滿滿的北海道三大蟹，松葉蟹、帝王蟹、毛蟹隨你選。
我們隨意選了一間店，海鮮市場 北のグルメ 70年歷史的老店，一樓是賣場，二樓有很寬
敞的用餐區。北のグルメ附近的根室海鮮螃蟹很多人推薦。
從一樓的螃蟹攤位選購了半份帝王蟹，四根肥碩的蟹腳約10,770日幣(含稅)(下面有人體
比例尺很大份)，帶去二樓餐廳料理，選擇火烤的方式。用餐完再一起結帳。北のグルメ
店內用餐不用另外付料理費，有的餐廳似乎會另外收費，用餐之前先詢問一下囉。
順便點了兩盤生魚片當作開胃菜。新鮮度沒話說，連不太愛生食都直呼好吃，沒有他害怕
的魚腥味。尤其是鮪魚生魚片，紅潤的色澤，口感清爽甘美。
現烤的帝王蟹腳好大一盤，看我笑得多開心，就知道這一餐多美味。肥美蟹腳的鮮活滋味
盈滿口中，帝王蟹100分！
(現在想起來還是口水直流，後悔自己太客氣了只點半份帝王蟹。隔壁桌都是整隻整隻的
點阿，吃的不亦樂乎。)
離開前在樓下的賣場逛了一下，集結北海道漁獲精華的豪華大禮包，魚乾、明太子秋刀魚
、毛蟹，好想帶一組走。還有新鮮螃蟹，也好想打包帶回家啊!
