你知道台南也曾有店家入選過米其林綠色指南嗎？
「米其林綠色指南」不同於我們一般所認知專門評鑑餐廳及旅館的「米其林紅色指南」，米其林綠色指南的內容主要為旅遊行程規劃、景點推薦、小吃推薦等。
2011年，米其林公司首度推出了英文版及法文版的「米其林台灣旅遊綠色指南」一書，當中推薦了許多台灣必遊景點。
其中，那年台南共有五間小吃店家入選，分別是位於民權路的上海華都小吃、中正路的度小月擔仔麵、永華路一段的福樓、西門路二段的阿輝炒鱔魚以及東寧路的府城魯味。
雖然每個人的口味都不一樣，好不好吃見仁見智，而且台南人口袋裡一定有自己的愛店，但這些店家能上榜也算是獲得一個不小的肯定。很多假藉米其林稱號的店家其實從來沒有獲得米其林推薦過，所以下次看到廣告招牌上寫著米其林推薦餐廳的時候可別忘了好好查證一下XD

創作理念：
每個人都有想要保護的事物，當我們守護的東西受到威脅甚至侵犯，有的人選擇憤而起身對抗，而有的人因環境使然， 在表達自己立場之餘，為了兼顧平衡，而放棄最直接的對抗方式，選擇堅定而溫和地捍衛著， 所以，只要擁有想捍衛自己信念的決心，都能被稱做為英雄。
英雄所對抗的對象，在本片中，不是一個具體有形的人，而是社會觀感、傳統的束縛以及自我認同。
片名嘸聲披甲，即是蔡桐這個角色的寫照，在傳統繼承的觀念下，他的處境，猶如披甲一般沈重， 然而在他身上所彰顯出來的是無聲而沈靜的力量。 藉由這部片，我們希望可以重新定義『英雄』一詞，縱使每個人所處的環境不盡相同，我們仍能發現， 有些人使用他們的方式，成為了我們心目中的英雄。
Deep in everybody's heart, we all have that specific thing that we'll give everything to just protect it. While some people choose to stand up and fight for what they think is right when they notice that the things they hold on to are being offended, some people choose to do it in a peaceful way instead, since they don't really have a choice under the pressure from the world they live in. So whoever fights for their belief could be called a hero.
The subject our heroes are fighting against in this short film is not an actual human being, but self identifications, pressure from the society and the bonds from the traditional ideas.
The name of this short film -- The Silent Hero, is the best portrayal of Tung. Under the pressure of the traditional ideas, all the matters that he encountered were like a heavy armor to him. However, what people see in him is the power of quiet and silence. We are trying to redefine the word "Hero" through this short film. We realized that even though we all come from different backgrounds, some people had become our heroes in their own ways somehow.
