【 泰式鹽燒魚 】
這道「泰式鹽燒魚」,準備功夫很簡單,魚不用刮走鱗片,把粗鹽塗滿整條魚,然後直接放入焗爐,焗熟了之後,魚鱗+魚皮很容易便能整塊揭起來,露出裏面多汁的魚肉,加上我調配的「紅靴汁」,非常適合在夏天吃的一道菜!
