【🥥雲石朱古力雙重椰香義式脆餅 Marble Chocolate Double Coconut Biscotti】
☕️常常伴在黑咖啡旁的義式脆餅,讓整個咖啡體驗得到提升,據說在南美如墨西哥等地區,流行將香料味義式脆餅,浸泡在熱朱古力裡同吃,可見義式脆餅真是潛力無限。
🍯義式脆餅看起來好樸實,但裏面的味道可以非常豐富,我非常喜歡這種驚喜感,其實Biscotti很容易做,我想到這款雲石朱古力雙重椰香的口味,裡面用了椰絲、椰子粉、朱古力、杏仁粉和蜂蜜,絶對是以豐富的材料衝擊你的味蕾,雲石紋拍照也特別上鏡呢!
