柠檬薏米水
美白去湿解暑，改善脾胃功能。体质＂内热外湿＂的人适合不过。
材料：
薏米一包
柠檬
冰糖/蔗糖
调味料：
不需要
步骤：
1）薏米洗一洗，放进褒里，放半褒水煲2-3小时
2）放冰糖/蔗糖
3）把煮好了的薏米水装进杯里，才切柠檬片放进去。
重点：龙眼在煲好前5分钟才放
Ingredients :
1 packet of barley
Lemon
Rock sugar / cane sugar
Steps:
1) Rinse the barley, put into the pot, fill the pot with water till it's 1/2 full. Boil for 2-3 hours.
2) Put rock sugar / cane sugar.
3) Put the boiled barley water into a cup, slice the lemon and place it inside the barley water.

牛排一块约200g，a steak（about200g）
番茄半个，half tomato
生菜6片，6 lettuce leaves
黑胡椒汁2大勺，2 tbsp black pepper sauce
杂粮饭150g，150g multigrain rice
海苔2张，2 pieces of sushi seaweed
香油1小勺，1 tsp sesame oil
盐1/4小勺（拌饭），1/4 tsp salt（for rice）
盐1/4小勺（牛排），1/4 tsp salt（for steak）
黑胡椒1/4小勺，1/4 tsp black pepper
白芝麻1/2小勺，1/2 tsp white sesame
★火腿流心蛋饭团
火腿4片，4 pieces of ham
鸡蛋2个，2 eggs
生菜4片，4 lettuce leaves
千岛汁1-2大勺，1-2 tbsp Thousand Island Juice
杂粮饭150g，150g multigrain rice
海苔2张，2 pieces of sushi seaweed
香油1小勺，1 tsp sesame oil
盐1/4小勺（拌饭），1/4 tsp salt（for rice）
盐1/4小勺（煎蛋），1/4 tsp salt（for eggs）
黑胡椒1/4小勺，1/4 tsp black pepper
白芝麻1/2小勺，1/2 tsp white sesame
★鸡腿排饭团
鸡腿1个，1 chicken thigh
芝士片4片，4 slices of cheese slices
苦菊适量，bitter chrysanthemum
焙煎芝麻汁1-2大勺，1-2 tbsp roasted sesame sauce
姜片4片，4 ginger slices
杂粮饭150g，150g multigrain rice
海苔2张，2 pieces of sushi seaweed
香油1小勺，1 tsp sesame oil
