@ 花水ラオシャン本店
平塚のソウルフードと称される「平塚タンメン」の発祥店へ！神奈川県平塚『老郷 本店』にお邪魔しました。以前は「花水ラオシャン」のテイクアウトをしましたが、今回伺ったのはその元となったお店です。平塚のご当地ラーメンとして有名な「平塚タンメン」は「老郷（ラオシャン）」の店主が身体に良いものを提供したい、ということで鶏ガラや豚ガラの清湯ベースに秘伝タレとお酢を使ったスープとかん水を使わない麺を使用して作り上げました。酸味の効いた独特のあっさりしたスープにコシのある細麺はすっきりと食べられる逸品。そのあっさりした味わいで飲みのシメに食べる方も多いとか。気軽に食べられてつい癖になってしまう魅力的な味わいの平塚タンメン、早速動画もご覧ください！

To the birthplace of "Hiratsuka Tanmen", which is called Hiratsuka's soul food! I visited "Old Town Main Store" in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa Prefecture. I used to take out "Hanamizu Lao Shan", but this time I visited the store that was the source of it. "Hiratsuka Tanmen", which is famous as a local ramen in Hiratsuka, uses secret sauce and vinegar for the fresh water base of chicken and pork because the owner of "Laoshan" wants to provide something good for the body. Made using noodles that do not use soup and brackish water. The unique light soup with sourness and the chewy thin noodles are a gem that you can eat refreshingly.
