消化餅 50克 Digestive biscuits 50g
無鹽牛油/奶油 20克 Unsalted butter 20g
牛奶 100克 Milk 100g
魚膠粉/吉利丁 6克 Gelatin 6g
忌廉芝士/奶油乳酪 200克 Cream Cheese 200g
糖 50克 Sugar 50g
檸檬汁 15克 Lemon juice 15g
忌廉/淡奶油 80克 Whipping cream 80g
竹炭粉 Bamboo Charcoa powder
可可粉 Cocoa powder
色素(橙,紅,黃) Colouring(orange, red, yellow)
