昨天傍晚，
人間衛視打電話來採訪，鄰家豆工坊的故事與特色。
從非基因改造單一品種的黃豆使用，兩次煮沸的步驟，讓豆漿喝了不會脹氣，還能保留香氣與甜味。
一定要提到「豆漿優格」。特選適合豆漿發酵的菌種，恆溫發酵過程，使用高成本的赤藻醣醇，連糖尿病也能吃，沒有乳糖不耐的問題，是一款適合所有人吃的優格。
特色產品還有「可可豆腐布朗尼」。想吃甜點的有福了，在甜點裡，加入了豆腐成份，減少1/3麵粉的使用量，同時增加豆類蛋白的營養，無蛋無奶油的配方，讓熱量大幅降低50%。
結果，拍攝日期只能安排在1/6，

材料：
(牛奶)巧克力125g
(Milk) Chocolate/(ミルク)チョコレート
鮮奶油250g Whipping cream/生クリーム
可可粉少許 Cocoa powder/ココアパウダー
做法：
1.巧克力切碎 隔水加熱至融化
2.加鮮奶油70g 攪拌均勻備用
3.鮮奶油180g打發
4.倒入2料中攪拌均勻
5.倒入模具中 冷凍6小時
6.脫模 撒可可粉裝飾(可以不用撒)
7.退冰20分鐘即可食用
