Final Workout prior to MCO 2.0
Did a 3km Time Trial on Technogym Skill Run treadmill, which it can go up to a max speed of 30 kph (2:00 min/km).
Clocked a time of 8:59 min on it with the split of 3:10 | 3:00 | 2:49 wearing xtep 160x racing shoe! It was comfortable from the start running at 20 kph. Decided to start at that pace as I did it before for 10 min at 20 kph (3:00 min/km) for the Asics 10 min Challenge last year.
After 5 min, can really feel it, struggling to keep up, but mentally strong enough to hold it off still. Switch on the countdown mode like 4 min to go!
With just about a minute to go, slowly gear up the pace and in the end hit the max speed of 22 kph and decided to stop at there until the end once it reaches 3km mark, then jump on both side. Glad to record down a 8:59 minute for this 3km.
Looking forward for another 3km Time Trial when we are allow to travel again and I want to do it on the same treadmill this time and planning to do a 3km Time Trial on the road as well.
Review about the shoe.
I enjoy the comfortability of the shoe when I put on it. It wrapped the whole feet and can experience the combination of both feets into the shoe completely.
The stability of the shoe is great, especially when I land on it, stable very quickly (on the ball of feet part). I do enjoy the transition of landing to toe off (a great responsive shoe).

Mai Fuchigami Wishes upon A Starry Sky in Her New MV "Hoshizora"
Voice actress Mai Fuchigami has planned to release her sixth single "Marionette coup d'etat" and her second full album "Hoshizora" simultaneously on January 27, 2021. Her official YouTube channel has posted a two-minute music video for the latter's title song.
It will have been three years since her debut album "Fly High Myway!" was released in January 2018. The long-awaited 12-song concept album includes all the lead tracks from her previous singles and six new songs written specifically for it. In addition, the bonus Blu-ray for its first press limited edition contains her second solo live concert "Journey & My Music" held at Nakano Sunplaza in Tokyo on April 28, 2018

#做TABATA間歇訓練時一定要注意的事
開始前，請必須做暖身運動和伸展操讓肌肉放鬆。
進行訓練時，最重要的就是時間，必須準確遵守運動20秒再休息10秒的原則，運動效果才會顯著，以這樣的方式進行8組動作，便能有像長時間運動般的燃脂效果。
就算只是勉強運動的人，只要在能力範圍裡用盡全力，也能達到效果。因此，建議間歇訓練要以「慢慢提高速度與次數」的方式來進行最好，在自己體力得以負荷的範圍內進行，比起勉強自己，量力而為才不會受傷。
還有，因為這是在最短時間內盡可能達到最大心跳速率的累人運動，若是容易罹患腦中風或是心臟麻痺的人，做這個運動很可能會發生危險。服用高血壓藥的患者，或是曾罹患腦中風或心臟麻痺者，在進行此訓練前，一定要先詢問醫生。

[How to make]
1. In a heat-resistant container, add 20g of butter, 20g of granulated sugar, 20g of fresh cream, 20ml and heat for 600 seconds for 30 seconds.
2. Sift 60g of soft flour 5g of cocoa powder and mix well to make a lump.
3. Fill the dough into a 12cm x 1.5cm mold with a bottomless tart container and make multiple holes with a fork on the bottom.
4. Bake at 338℉ C for 15 minutes in a preheated oven, crush the swollen part flat with a cup or rolling pin and cool in the refrigerator
5. Make the caramel Put 20g of butter in a heat-resistant container, 20g of granulated sugar and 30ml of fresh cream and mix in a microwave 600w for 1 minute 3 times

【作り方】
1.耐熱容器にバター20gグラニュー糖20g生クリーム20ml入れレンジ600w30秒加熱し良く混ぜ溶かす
2.薄力粉60gココアパウダー5gを篩い入れ良く混ぜ一塊にします。
3.底抜けタルト容器12cm×1.5cmの型に生地を詰めて底にフォークで複数穴を開けます。
4.余熱したオーブン170度15分焼き、膨らんだ部分はコップや麺棒などで平らに押し潰して冷蔵庫で冷やしておく
5.キャラメルを作ります耐熱容器にバター20gグラニュー糖20g生クリーム30ml入れレンジ600w1分を3回行い都度混ぜる
6.タルトにキャラメルを入れ冷やしておく。生チョコを作ります。ブラックチョコ50g温めた生クリーム30ml入れ良く混ぜ溶かす
7.生チョコをタルトに流し込み冷蔵庫で冷やして完成です
