ตลอดระยะเวลา 12 วัน นี่เป็นการเดินทางที่ยากและเหนื่อยที่สุดในชีวิต พอหมดวันเรี่ยวแรงและกำลังทั้งหมดแทบไม่มีเหลือ แต่หัวใจกลับกลายเป็นมีชีวิตชีวากว่าเดิม เราจะได้ยินเสียงหัวใจตัวเองชัดที่สุด ลมหายใจถี่ หอบ และความคิดที่ไหลเวียนเข้ามาในทุก ๆ ย่างก้าวที่เราเดินไปข้างหน้า เราได้เรียนรู้อะไรจากการเดินทางครั้งนี้มากมายนัก ระยะทางอันแสนไกล แลกมาเป็นความทรงจำที่ดีที่สุดเป็นช่วงเวลาในชีวิตที่กล้าพูดออกมาได้ว่านี่เป็นครั้งหนึ่งในชีวิต ที่เราใช้มันได้ช่างคุ้มค่าเสียเหลือเกิน

Day 2 - 3 – We sleep until the sun goes down

หลังจากออกตัวเดินวันแรกมาได้ก็พอจะรับรู้ชะตากรรมที่เหลือแล้วว่าระยะทาง ทางเดินและสภาพอากาศที่จะเจอต่อจากนี้ ช่างใจร้าย ทรหดอะไรอย่างนี้ เราต้องปรับตัวให้ทันตลอดเวลา หากพูดให้เห็นภาพง่ายๆ ให้คิดตามกันได้ก็คือ ในหนึ่งวันเราจะเจออากาศที่ร้อนจัดในแบบที่ไม่กี่นาทีก็เปลี่ยนผิวเป็นคนละสีไปเลย ผลัดกับฝนตกที่บางทีนานหลายชั่วโมงพร้อมกับอากาศที่เย็นลงจนทำให้มือเย็นแข็ง และแสบจมูกไปหมด ภายใต้เสื้อกันฝน ตัวของพวกเราชุ่มไปด้วยเหงื่อเพราะความเหนื่อยจากการเดิน สรุปว่าเปียกทั้งด้านนอกและด้านใน ฮ่าๆ เป็นอย่างนี้ทุกวัน อากาศสลับสับเปลี่ยนเป็นว่าเล่น นั่นก็เป็นเพียงบางส่วนที่ทำให้เรางอแง แต่เพราะความสวยงามระหว่างทางของป่าที่เราเดินผ่านช่วยเป็นเหมือนกำลังใจต่อใจให้เดินไปข้างหน้าได้ ต้นไม้ใหญ่สองข้างทางมีเฟิร์นและมอสเล็ก ๆ เกาะพันรอบลำต้นจนเขียวชอุ่มตาไปหมด เมื่อยิ่งเดินขึ้นสูงก็จะเห็นต้นกุหลาบพันปีขึ้นแซมตามยอดเขามากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ กุหลาบพันปีเป็นเหมือนต้นไม้ประจำชาติของคนเนปาล ดอกสีแดงสดใสสะดุดตากำลังเบ่งบานเต็มที่เลยเพราะเข้าเดือนเมษาที่เป็นฤดูกาลออกดอกพอดี จนบางช่วงตามข้างตามที่เราเดินผ่านจะถูกโรยไปด้วยกลีบของดอกกุหลาบ เราได้หยุดพักกันเล็กน้อยเพื่อชมวิวและคลายล้า เลยได้เห็นตามต้นไม้ ก้อนหินว่าหากสังเกตุให้ดีๆ ที่นี่คือบ้านของเต่าทองเล็กๆ มากมาย น่ารักมาก ทุกตัวลายดำแดง จนเวลาเดินผ่านแถวนี้ต้องระวังเป็นพิเศษเพราะไม่อยากไปเหยียบโดนน้องเข้า

ในหนึ่งวันเราจะแวะพักระหว่างทางกันประมาน 5-6 รอบ ถ้าอยู่ในตัวหมู่บ้านก็จะไปออกันอยู่ที่ร้านขายของชำนี่แหละ น้ำมะม่วงและน้ำแอปเปิลตราชาบา คือน้ำที่อร่อย ชื่นใจที่สุดในชีวิตตอนนั้นเลย ขนมที่อร่อยที่สุดคือพริงเกิลส์ (Pringles) รสดั้งเดิมกระป๋องสีแดง แสนแพงกว่าปกติทั่วไปมาก แต่ก็ยอมซื้อ เพราะนี่คือกำลังใจที่หอมหวานที่สุด ระหว่างทางเราจะเจอกับชาวบ้านพื้นถิ่น และเหล่านักเดินทางทั้งหลายที่มุ่งหน้าไป ABC เหมือนกัน คำกล่าวทักติดปากที่จะได้ยิน ได้พูดกันตลอดทางคือ นมัสเต บวกกับรอยยิ้มเป็นทุกครั้งไป เรามาถึงบ้านที่พักเมื่อหมดวันพอดี พร้อมกับเรี่ยวแรงที่แทบไม่มีเหลือ ล้าไปแทบทั้งตัว เรากินอาหารเย็นกันพร้อมหน้า พูดคุยไม่นานก็แยกไปนอนเพราะความเพลีย ความเหนื่อยจัดนี้ทำให้เรานอนหลับสนิททุกวันตั้งแต่ออกเดินเทรคกิ้ง เราพักกัน 1 คืนที่หมูบ้าน Tikhe Dhunga และออกเดินแต่เช้าตรู่ในวันถัดมา เพื่อไปให้ถึง Poon Hill ระยะทางเริ่มเป็นเขาชัน สลับกับทางราบ ป่าอันอุดมสมบูรณ์ถูกเก็บรักษาเอาไว้โดยชาวบ้านที่นี่ ป่าที่หนา ไอชื้นจากต้นไม้ใหญ่ปกคลุมเป็นเหมือนอุโมงค์ทำให้ช่วงที่เดินเส้นนี้ไม่ร้อนมากเท่าไหร่นัก เราผ่านหมู่บ้าน Ulleri เพื่อพักกินข้าวกลางวันที่ Pratap Guest House พวกเราควักมาม่าออกมาสองห่อ เพื่อแชร์เป็นจานกลาง เดินมาเข้าวันที่สามก็เริ่มจะคิดถึงรสชาติเผ็ดๆ ที่คุ้นเคย เลยโหวตเอาออกมากินกันสักหน่อย จำไม่ได้แล้วว่าตอนนั้นคุยกันเรื่องอะไรบ้าง แต่จำได้แค่ว่าบรรยากาศดี อร่อย มีแต่เสียงหัวเราะ น้ำขิงผสมน้ำผึ้งของบักต้าช่วยให้เราสดชื่นและร่างกายอุ่นขึ้นทุกครั้ง อ๋อ จำได้ว่าที่ร้านเปิดเพลง Love will keep alive ของวง The Eagle ด้วย เพลงโปรดเลย

หลังจากได้อิ่มท้องหายเหนื่อยแล้วก็เดินกันต่อ ประมาณสี่โมงนิดๆ เราก็มาถึงที่หมู่บ้าน Ghorepani จุดพักที่ใกล้ Poon Hill ที่สุด ที่เราจะเดินขึ้นในเช้ามืดวันรุ่นขึ้น ที่พักที่เราได้คือวิวหลักสิบล้านเลย จำได้ว่ารักบักต้ามากกก เพราะห้องที่พวกเราได้แต่ละห้องคือมองผ่านหน้าต่างออกไปก็เห็นแนวเทือกเขาเป็นวิวแบบพาโนราม่าเลย ไล่ตั้งแต่ Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli และ Machhapuchhre หรือมัจฉาปูชเร ตระการตาจนไม่อยากจะหันมองไปทางอื่นเลย เราเก็บของที่ห้องพัก ยืนชมวิวกันที่ระเบียงโรงแรมกันพักใหญ่ และลงมารอดูพระอาทิตย์ตกดินกันที่จุดชมวิว เมฆค่อยๆ เคลื่อนตัวผ่านไป ให้เราได้เห็นยอดเขา สีขาวของหิมะค่อย ๆ ถูกฉาบด้วยสีทองของแสงสุดท้ายจากพระอาทิตย์ได้อย่างนุ่มนวลที่สุด ไม่กล้ากระพริบตาเลย สวยจับหัวใจจนหาที่ติไม่ได้ เหมือนเวลาหยุดอยู่ตรงนั้นแล้วเราแทบจะลืมหายใจ ของจริงนั้นสวยกว่าในรูปมากเหลือเกิน อากาศเริ่มเย็นลงพร้อมไออุ่นที่ค่อย ๆ ลับขอบฟ้าไป พวกเรานั่งมองจนแสงสุดท้ายลับหายไป ฟ้ามืดลงเป็นสีน้ำเงินเข้ม มองเห็นเงาของเทือกเขาเป็นลางๆ เราเดินกลับโรงแรมเพื่อทานอาหารเย็นกัน จำได้ว่าทุกคนจับหัวใจแล้วพูดเป็นเสียงเดียวกันว่า สวยมาก สวยมากจริงๆ เหมือนอยู่ใกล้สวรรค์ยังไงอย่างงั้นเลย ใช่ หัวใจเรายังเต้นตุบๆ อยู่เลยขนาดที่ยังเขียนถึงการเดินทางนี้อยู่ ไม่เคยลืมภาพนั้น ทุกอย่างชัดเจนมาก ๆ หิมาลัย ใกล้เข้ามาครึ่งทางแล้ว

เช้าวันที่ 4 เป็นวันที่ตื่นเช้าที่สุดในทริปนี้เลย เราลุกตั้งแต่ตีสามกว่าๆ ลูกหาบมาเอากระเป๋าออกไปก่อน เหลือไว้ให้แค่ Day Pack และของที่จำเป็น เรามีเวลาเตรียมตัวให้หายงัวเงียได้แค่ไม่ถึง 20 นาที ก็ต้องเริ่มเดินขึ้น Poon Hill กันเลย ทั้งหยกและอีฟ เราสองคนปรับตัวกับความสูงที่กะทันหัน และเช้ามืดที่อากาศยังเบาบางมากๆ ไม่ทัน หยกหายใจแทบไม่ออก เดินนานๆ ติดกันไม่ได้ อีฟถึงกับอาเจียนและหายใจไม่ทันเหมือนกัน เราสองคนรั้งท้าย ให้เพื่อนๆ ที่ไหวเดินขึ้นไปก่อน เพื่อที่จะได้ทันแสงแรกกระทบเทือกเขาทั้งสี่ สำหรับเราสองคนทำใจแล้วว่าคงไม่ทันแน่นอน ค่อยก้าวๆ และปรับการหายใจกับจังหวะเต้นของหัวใจให้คงที่ที่สุด เมื่อเราไปถึงพระอาทิตย์ก็โผล่พ้นฟ้าไปแล้ว ถึงจะแอบเสียดายแต่แค่นี้ก็คุ้มค่ามากแล้ว ที่ได้มาถึง โชคดีที่อาการเราสองคนไม่หนักหนาไปกว่าเดิมจนถึงกับเดินขึ้นมาไม่ได้เลย เทือกเขาทั้ง 4 ยอดเรียงรายโอบล้อมเราเอาไว้ ยอดสีขาวบริสุทธิ์ สะอาดตา มีฉากหลังเป็นท้องฟ้าโล่งๆ ผืนใหญ่ตัดกัน รอบๆ ที่ชมวิวเต็มไปด้วยธงมนต์หลากสีประดับประดาเต็มต้นไม้บริเวณนั้น และยังมีร้านกาแฟ ชาร้อนๆ ขายให้อุ่นท้องกันอยู่ไม่ไกลด้วย เราถ่ายรูปรวมชาวคณะเดินทาง นั่งเล่นกันอยู่แถวนั้นพักใหญ่ ให้สมกับระยะทางที่เดินขึ้นมา ใช้เวลานั่งมองภาพตรงหน้าเก็บไว้ในความทรงจำให้นานที่สุด เมื่อเสพสมกับวิวตรงหน้าจนเต็มตาเต็มใจแล้ว เราก็เดินกลับลงมาที่พักเพื่อทานอาหารเช้าด้วยกัน หลังจากนั้นก็เตรียมตัวเดินกันต่อไปยังหมู่บ้านถัดไป ที่จะเริ่มเข้าสู่เขตของเทือกเขาหิมาลัย ตามความเชื่อของชาวเนปาลหิมาลัยคือภูเขาศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ยอดมัจฉาปูชเรเป็นเหมือนที่ประทับของพระแม่อุมาเทวี เทพที่ชาวเนปาลนับถืออย่างมาก ดังนั้นระยะทางตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 ของพวกเราเป็นต้นไปจะไม่สามารถนำเนื้อสัตว์ใหญ่เข้าเขตนี้ได้ จะมีเพียงปลาและไข่เท่านั้น และข้อห้ามเด็ดขาดที่ไกด์บอกกับเราคือ ไม่ทิ้งขยะลงระหว่างทาง ห้ามถมน้ำลายลงตามพื้นดิน ผู้ชายต้องทำธุระเป็นที่ในห้องน้ำเท่านั้น เรารับรู้และเคารพธรรมชาติและความเชื่อของชาวเนปาลเป็นอย่างดี เราเดินต่อกันด้วยหัวใจที่เต้นเหมือนกับจังหว้ะของกลอง สายตาจับจ้องไปยังหิมาลัย ในขณะที่เราค่อยๆ ขยับเข้าไปใกล้ทีละนิด

自粛状況は長期化しそうで、暗い話ばかりではありますが…
ただアイデア次第で自宅での楽しみ方も増やせたりするものかと…

ということで、家の中にある身近な物を使って自分の左手にモンスターペイントしてみました。

みんなも家の中で楽しめる“何か”を見つけたり、普段やっていなかったことにTRYしてみては？

作品を通して、世界中の子どもたちが笑顔になってくれたら幸せです。

We probably need to stay at home for a little more, and the news is rather depressing these days. However, you could make your quarantine more fun depending on the idea.

I painted a monster on my arm using the objects I find in my house.

How about finding "something" that you may enjoy or try that you couldn't before during this time?
