常聽到有人說,我只想練肌肥大就好,不想練肌力,所以就一直用所謂「健美式」的輕重量高反覆練法,而不練大重量。
這篇研究找了26位已經有阻力訓練過的男性分為兩組,STHT組先做三星期的肌力訓練 (4組1-3RM),再接著五星期的肌肥大訓練 (4組 8-12RM),而HT組則只做八星期的肌肥大訓練。
研究最後比較兩組受試者的股外側肌厚度、背蹲舉和腿推的1RM,結果不論在肌肥大或肌力的增加上,都是STHT組勝出。
其實這很合理,肌力較大就可以用較大的重量來做肌肥大訓練,而肌肉成長最主要是依靠機械張力的刺激,也就是重量。
所以不管你的訓練目標是什麼,適時的變換訓練重量,嘗試不同的重量刺激,對訓練效果都是有幫助的。
