This Deepavali, I would like to highlight two hardworking members of the KBS family.
.
First, is Dr Waitchalla, Iron Lady & Secretary General of KBS. Dr has a an amazing balance of being tough, critical and compassionate. Entering the Ministry which is conventionally male dominated and predominantly Malay may be daunting for someone who isn’t part of that community. She took the challenge head on and serves with the best interest of the Ministry at heart. I am forever grateful.

Second is @kamles , a Press Secretary & macha from another mother. Anyone who thinks that I hire yes men only needs to see how Kamles & I discuss ideas & they’ll know how untrue that is. A true hustler in making things happen (especially when you have a boss that sometimes has unreasonably high expectations 😜). Some would say I nag him more than his own mother does. Thank you for going above & beyond.

It is individuals like these that make #TeamKBS amazing. Many studies have shown diversity in any organisations leads to better ideas & decision-making. This is why I value diversity & not afraid to be around those that are not the same as me. The journey may be tough but the benefits are boundless. 我不是佛教徒，但我相信因果報應。
每件事發生，都會有它的原因。
當一所學校重視成績多於成長，孩子們都會暴躁，或者抑鬱。
當一家企業重視關係多於才能，人才便會留不住。
當一個社會重視經濟多於公平，人民會越來越貧窮。
一個重視權力多於一切的領袖是不會相信因果的。
「他們只是太儒弱，承受不到壓力。」
「他們辭職是因為不聽話。」
「他們貧窮只是因為自己懶散。」
他們。
領袖們把責任推給別人，但這明顯是他們自己種下的因啊。
傳統上我們希望壞人會受到因果的「懲罰」，例如不得善終之類。
但我猜因果不是這麼運作的。
而是道出，現在我們做的一切，都會是未來的因。
我們在製造自己的未來，不論是好是壞。
我們是可以帶來改變的。 🙂

Karma
I am not a buddhist, but I believe in karma.
Everything come with a cause.
When a school values score more than growth, the kids will have an explosive temper, or depression.
When an enterprise values relationship more than capability, the talented staff will leave.
When a society values economy more than justice, more people will suffer from poverty.
A leader who value power more than all others will not believe in karma.
“They are too weak and unable to endure pressure.”
“They leave because they are not obedient.”
“They are poor because they are lazy”
They.
The leaders deny the responsibility.
Obviously it is a result of their own cause instead.
Conventionally people hope evil will be ‘punished’ by karma. e.g. die painfully.
Yet I guess ‘karma’ does not work like this.
The point is that every thing we do now is the cause of our future.
We are creating our future, no matter it is good or not.
We can make a change. :)

i haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately so i decided to embrace it lol but honestly i kinda started liking the dark circle look..? i stopped concealing my dark circles in my everyday makeup because it kept creasing and i got annoyed but now i actually like how it looks. like a lil dead but still cute heh ?
this is also the first time i've played with color in a while! it was really fun and made me think of my first few videos (my valentine's day series 2k17). i've been making a lot of videos on what other people think is conventionally attractive and many of you have actually told me to stick to natural looks but filming this brought me a lot of happiness ? i wanna play w makeup more now heh

The Evil Within: The Executioner DLC takes the main game’s survival-horror genetics and throws them away in favour of a more conventionally violent, first-person action experience. It’s an odd choice, considering stealthy challenge and originality were such highlights of The Evil Within, and while The Executioner is a fun and rather cathartic change of pace, it’s missing something special.
