Consider the following:
Based on your genetic results, you have an even split between power, endurance and strength. You could benefit from training evenly across these training types.
For muscle development use high volumes at low intensities such as sets of 15-20 reps with 60 seconds rest completed 3 times. Engage in steady state training to develop fitness, an example of this is continuous cardiovascular exercise such as cycling or running for 30 minutes or more.

So today I came across this topic in one of the group discussions,
Where there are claims that
“the more you sweat the more you lose fat” and “ fats get excreted through sweat”
Which is not true,
One of the primary function of sweat is to stabilise or core temperature(thermoregulation);for an example if the weather gets too hot, or you eat something Heaty your body’s natural response is to sweat but that doesn’t mean your sweating your fat out.

Sweat is also known as body’s natural detox where you do excrete toxins,water,salt, ammonia and so on.

Can it affect your weight? Yes because your excreting water probably there will be some WEIGHTLOSS,but it’s TEMPORARY because your body will store water again. WEIGHT LOSS IS NOT SAME AS FATLOSS

Certain athletes use sweating their advantage to fit in a certain weight category in short period of time but again is it permanent or is it fat loss?
Definitely NO
.

SPLIT SQUAT JUMPS/CHAIR JUMPS - I use this workout every month to maintain & strengthen my jumping ability!!! It's quite effective & not very difficult to complete or hard my body.
How To Do? Easy... Stand in front of a box or chair with one leg on the box/chair & the other leg on the ground. Then quickly straighten the leg that is on the box/chair and attempt to elevate yourself as high as possible, JUMPING straight up, then landing softly back down. You can do all reps on one leg first then the other or switch legs like you see here in the video. You can also change the height of the box, add weight by using a vest or holding light dumbells/plates (5-10lbs/2-5kg). To increase the difficulty wear an Elevation Training Mask like you see in the video to work on your lungs & conditioning as well. IF YOU HAVE BREATHING PROBLEMS OR ANY HEALTH CONDITIONS SEE A DOCTOR BEFORE PERFORMING THESE ACTIVITIES OR USING EQUIPMENT!
Reps depends on your fitness level. Example: I like to do 2-4 sets of 20-30 total. So 10-15 each leg 4 times. IF YOU HAVE PAIN ANYWHERE, DO NOT DO THIS EXERCISE! (See a doctor or trainer before performing any physical actives like this)
