It’s my first time celebrate Chinese New Year in Singapore this year.. usually we always visiting our relatives overseas.. but thankful to be here and still can roam around exploring Singapore..

They have beautiful installation this year: the lanterns, lion dance dispay as well as this Chinese Pavilion.. And this year they also have a lot of Dahlia flowers..

🎊 Did you know that the shape of the pavilion has the meaning?
Round signify perfection and unity, rectangular denote laws and regulations, hexagonal signify longevity..
🎊 The colour of pavilion roof tiles has the meaning as well.. Red symbolises good fortune and joy, green represents vigour and longevity and yellow corresponds with the earth and is the imperial colour.
🎊 Pavilion always located at the vantage point that commands the best view..
