Hailey:「最近沒有吃熱氣煎炸食物,但喉嚨痛持續出現,夏天特別容易出現此症狀嗎?」
CheckCheckCin:夏季五行屬火,所以在酷熱天氣下,就算如常飲食都容易「上火」,若加上熬夜、飲酒、多吃兩塊薯片,或者壓力大、曝曬過後或休息不足,第二天就可能出現喉嚨痛、口乾、口臭、大便偏硬甚至發燒等偏熱症狀。此時可適量進食一些清淡偏涼性的水果,例如火龍果、西瓜、或屬平性的蘋果。飲用具清熱作用的茶療,如竹蔗茅根紅蘿蔔水、粟米鬚茶、酸梅湯等。要謹記避免進食火鍋、燒烤、煎炸油膩、屬性偏溫熱的食物。如症狀持續,宜諮詢註冊中醫師治理。
竹蔗茅根紅蘿蔔水
功效:清熱健脾祛濕,適合身體有偏熱症狀如口臭、頭瘡、喉嚨痛、出痱滋等。
材料:紅蘿蔔2根、竹蔗4節、茅根300克、生薏米30克
做法:所有材料洗淨備用。紅蘿蔔、竹蔗去皮切成細件,茅根剪短。將所有材料加入約1500毫升水,武火煮至水滾,改文火煮約40分鐘,加入適量冰糖即可。

Getting sore throat all the time during summer?
“I have not had any deep fried foods lately, but my throat hurts all the time. Is this a common issue during summer?”
CheckCheckCin: Despite having normal diets, we might still end up with excessive heat when exposed to the hot summer weather.
The condition might get worse when we stay up late, consume alcohol, eat junk food, feel stressed, have lack of rest, and are exposed to the scorching sun. Heat-related symptoms such as sore throat, dry mouth, bad oral odor, hard stools, and even fever might develop.
We can consume fruits that are slightly cool in nature. For instance, dragon fruit and watermelon. We can also have apples, which is mild in nature. Drinking herbal teas such as corn silk tea, sour plum soup, and juice made from bamboo cane, cogongrass, and red carrot can also clear heat.
Avoid hotpot, barbecue, deep fried and greasy foods, or any foods that are warm in nature. If the condition persists, consult registered and licensed Chinese physicians.
Sugar cane water with carrot and chine
Effects: clears heat, dispels dampness and strengthens the spleen. Suitable for those with heat-related symptoms such as odorous breath, pimple on the scalp, sore throat, and canker sores.
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 4 sugar canes, 300g chine, 30g coix seed
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel sugar cane and carrot and cut into pieces. Cut chine into short pieces. Combine all ingredients into approximately 1500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 mins. Add rock sugar to taste.

Đúng là những gì chúng ta ăn vào người sẽ phản ánh chính xác cơ thể và sức khoẻ của chúng ta lun.
Có người sẽ phản bác là mình vẫn ăn đồ junk foods, unhealthy foods nhưng mình cũng chẳng béo vì cơ địa. Nhưng bạn nhầm rùi nhaaa, bạn ăn mãi không béo đồng nghĩa với việc cơ quan tiêu hoá bên trong hoạt động không tốt, và nó cũng ít nhiều ảnh hưởng đến sức khoẻ nữa đó 😢
Vì thế hãy tập cho cơ thể quen với đồ ăn healthy và quen với lối sống healthy từ bây giờ nhé 🥰

Your Body is God’s Temple
““Foods for the belly, and the belly for foods,” but God will bring to nothing both it and them. But the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body. Now God raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his power. Don’t you know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be! Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, “The two”, he says, “will become one flesh.” But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin that a man does is outside the body,” but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” (1 Corinthians 6:13-20 WEB)
I believe that seeing your body as God’s temple will transform the way you treat it.
If God had designed for us to still be worshipping Him in a temple built of gold, wood, and stones, would you go and defile the walls with graffiti, toss lots of junk into it, have your way with prostitutes inside, and let it fall into disrepute? No way, right?
Probably the number one reason why we don’t treat our bodies right is because we are not conscious of it being God’s temple.
We go around daily, thinking that the condition of our body is not that important, and that other things are more urgent.
When we get busy, hydration is neglected, meals are skipped or irregular, exercise is dropped, hygiene is forgotten, sleep is sacrificed, and the body is just sadly abused.
The body is the house of the Holy Spirit, and we ought to treat it right.
If the president (or someone else of a much higher rank that you respect) announces one day that he will be staying at your house, you will surely clean up the house and prepare it nicely right?
Then why are we so casual when God is dwelling in our body, and He has promised to stay forever? Does He not deserve the grandest, most glorious house with the best maintenance?
Thankfully, we have a better way than natural methods to care for God’s temple. If your body is in a bad state, and needs some major renovation, the Holy Spirit can work an awesome transformation by His power. It is a change that everyone can see.

5 Ab exercises that burn massive calories.

Note: This is not a spot-reduction video. I called this "Fat burning Abs exercise" is because these ab movements have a great cardio element in it, in other words, they will help you to burn more calories than any standard ab exercise.
Doing these exercises alone won't help you to get rid of your belly fat. Getting a defined six-pack ab is all about getting down to a low body fat level + a certain level of muscularity (your abdominal muscles). This routine only works if you train and eat right consistently (frequently up to 5 times a week), make sure you train every other body part with other bodyweight exercises or weights training.
The best and fastest way to achieve a defined six-pack ab is the combination with your diet, your day to day food routine. Cut down junk foods, and start eating more real/whole/healthy foods. It's not going to be easy and it's going to take some time. Be patient, and keep up the effort, and you will get there someday I promise. ;)
