Midweek and finally getting in a solid workout since last Monday.. ughhh. Date this Valentine's Day was me and metal 😂. I love working the back and here's a move you can try to work your subscapularis. A lat pull down where you have to push it out away from you. Feels awkward at first and requires a bit of control. It also works your core to cause you have to control the bar going away from you. And judging from this video.. @danieltanlt_chiro I need you for alignment!!! Lol. Happy Humpday everyone.

Blessed Sunday. Its so important to encourage one another. Siblings or not. You don't know how proud I was when the sister who I've started @nessas.delights said she wanted to workout. What i love the most is her attitude she may whine but she's always willing to do my program. Pull ups are one of the hardest things to do.. even I hate them at times. But without too much complaining she went up and did them. Make a change or remain the same 😘
P.S. This was in December, but she's still keeping active on and off especially cause she's busy making our #Kapowballs. 😂
