我最鍾意到處去試美食😋今次我喺Lassana Cafe試咗兩款好特別嘅食物🍮🍾
1）我好鍾意食芝士蛋糕🍰同埋飲伯爵茶☕️但第一次食Twinins伯爵茶芝士蛋糕，呢個Earl Grey Creme Brûlée Cheesecake ，面頭有一層脆脆嘅焦糖，有香濃茶味之外仲好芝士🧀添！
2）仲有睇落好似啤酒樽，原來係同汽水廠合作嘅Cold Brew有氣凍咖啡!
我老公好鍾意飲咖啡，所以交比佢去試！直接飲會覺得有啲苦，但係如果食埋個蛋糕一齊飲，個苦味會冇咗！仲覺得幾好飲添！😳好神奇啊!

而Lassana既冷萃咖啡Cold Brew Coffee☕ 加入CO2增加空氣感，經過長達12小時萃取，口感順滑，有點點似飲啤酒🍺感覺，好特別~

【伯爵茶焦糖芝士蛋糕】 #懶媽飲食推介
哲哲就嚟三歲啦🤩最喜歡食朱古力蛋糕同芝士蛋糕，今日行過Lassana Coffee，諗住買支有氣冷萃咖啡時，見到好有特色嘅「伯爵茶焦糖芝士蛋糕」🎂，即刻買返個返屋企比哲哲試吓。
伯爵茶焦糖芝士蛋糕用咗澳洲嘅cream cheese，有濃郁嘅芝士味，同TWINKNGS合作，加入咗伯爵茶，好特別嘅組合，表層仲有香脆嘅焦糖糖衣，口感層次好豐富，哲哲同我都好鐘意食，淡淡嘅茶香味，食完唔會覺得Heavy。
我就覺得 Lassana 嘅冷萃咖啡好特別，同汽水廠合作，加入咗co2，好似飲緊可樂同啤酒咁，仲採用咗自家烘焙豆，口感溫馴、有回甘味，一試愛上。
其實 Lassana coffee 咖啡嘅味道好特別，因為佢哋係自家拼配同埋烘焙，所有食品都係香港製造🇭🇰
