台北大縱走第三段，自小油坑遊客服務站至風櫃口，全長約13公里，耗時7至8小時左右。特色包括活火山運動的小油坑、台北市最高峰七星山、視野遼闊之擎天崗等，包含三個台北大縱走拓印柱(西、東、北)。
【行程簡介】
小油坑遊客服務站→1.6KM至七星山主峰(拓印柱：西)→0.3KM至七星山東峰(拓印柱：東)→1.8KM至冷水坑遊客服務站→1.8KM至擎天崗→2.2KM至石梯嶺→1.4KM至頂山→2.0KM至終點風櫃口(拓印柱：北)
【交通簡介】
。小油坑遊客中心
搭乘皇家客運(1717)台北至金山的班車(頭班車6:30發車，例假日7:00，約一小時一班)，至「小油坑服務中心站」下車。
。風櫃口
搭乘捷運淡水線，或信義線在劍潭站下車，轉乘公車「市巴小巴1」至「風櫃嘴」站下車。(固定班次，劍潭站發車時間06:10、10:10、13:10、15:40、17:30)
。自行開車
非常不建議，因起點與終點間並無車輛接駁，屆時取車不便。
