「繆思」一詞源於希臘神話故事。後來被引申為啟發作者說故事的靈感來源。

Karl Lagerfeld已經離開我們兩年了，我卻時常想起他帶給我們的點滴。

還記得2019年巴黎大皇宮Grand Palais玻璃穹頂下的冬日小鎮？連綿起伏山景、小木屋雪花覆蓋，CHANEL秋冬大秀在靜謐雪中村落掀開序幕。經典斜紋軟呢外套、高地民族圖騰水晶鑲飾、摩登版型的滑雪服裝，品牌的華麗展露無遺。大秀尾聲，一位身穿荷葉邊白色上衣，手裡拿著白玫瑰如天使下凡般的女人，為這場別具意義的秀畫下了休止符，她是老佛爺參與的最後一場秀的謬思女神一Penélope Cruz。

Karl Lagerfeld身邊總是有許多激發他老人家創作靈感的繆思女神。

卡爾CHANEL第一代繆思是Inès de la Fressange，我自己也有幾件她設計的白襯衫。那在追求女性氣質的80年代，如男人般倔強不羈的形象並不被時尚圈接納，但Karl Lagerfeld卻在她身上看到Coco Chanel反骨的影子，Inès de la Fressange也是時裝史上第一位與單一品牌簽約的模特兒，Karl 以她為設計靈感，她那叼著煙走秀的神韻像極了Coco 女士。

Inès de la Fressange創下了傳奇後，每位繆思對Karl Lagerfeld來說都是攜手讚頌各時期心路歷程的煙花；早期的Linda Evangelista、Claudia Schiffer、Stella Tenant，到後來的Naomi Campbell，其中Kristen McMenamy甚至由Karl Lagerfeld親自牽上結婚紅毯，繆思們與卡爾簡直就像密不可分的人生伴侶。

擁有Cindy Crawford超模基因的女兒Kaia Gerber、承襲父親Johnny Depp及香奈兒繆思母親Vanessa Paradis氣場的Lily Rose、擔任最後一場秀開場亮點的Cara Delevingne、被Karl Lagerfeld形容成「美國人夢想女孩」的Blake Lively，還有渾身散發英倫氣息的Alice Dellal，都是我們耳熟能詳的近代卡爾繆思。

而其中Kristen Stewart對Karl Lagerfeld來說彷彿就像香奈兒的叛逆因子，從Chanel 11.12、Gabrielle Bag到Gabrielle Chanel香水，Kristen Stewart釋放了Chanel法式情懷背後的反骨，爾後，老佛爺的接班人Virginie Viard於Le Château des Dames 女士城堡系列的發布上，更只邀請了Kristen Stewart擔任嘉賓。

Karl Lagerfeld生前的最後一位繆思是2019年二月所欽點的Margot Robbie，她不只是象徵女性堅強優雅的CHANEL J12腕錶靈感繆思，Margot 燦爛笑容裡的真誠氣質，或許也是在卡爾心中留下美好記憶的原因。

女性之外，還有Brad Kroenig、與Karl Lagerfeld形影不離Hudson Kroenig、以及身著貝雷帽與珍珠項鍊的Pharrell Williams；即使過往香奈兒的男性繆思極少，卻也是扮演催化CHANEL形象火花的重要角色。
