KOA invites you to a fun filled morning session of:

ZUMBA - If hitting the weights is not your cup of tea then why not live a little and join us for Zumba! It's so much more than dance. It mixes low and high intensity movements to optimize burning calories and have a full body workout! So what are you waiting for? Join our dance party!

WARRIOR - Karate inspired, the new Warrior Class incorporates strength and conditioning training which techniques include martial arts movements, speed, weights and power. Your body will be going through endurance exercises and flexibility. Unleash the warrior princess within!

NOTE: Please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the class starts. Come dressed to sweat, proper gym shoes, water bottle & a towel to wipe off all that sweat!
